| Objective:(1)To investigate the post-traumatic growth level, medical coping style and self-efficacy of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease,The moderating effect of self-efficacy and psychological status of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease were analyzed.(2)The Pender health promotion model was applied to secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged people, and the health education model for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged people was explored, providing reference for improving self-management ability and long-term prognosis of coronary heart disease patients in young and middle-aged people, and providing reference for clinical nursing work.Methods:(1)200 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized from January to February 2022 in the heart center of a Grade-A hospital in Xinjiang were investigated.General information Questionnaire,Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ),post-traumatic Growth Rating Scale(PTGI)and Coronary heart disease Self-efficacy questionnaire(CSEQ)were used to investigate and analyze the young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease.(2)Young and middle-aged inpatients with coronary heart disease who met the exclusion criteria in the heart center of a third-class A hospital in Xinjiang from February 2022 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were divided into control group and intervention group with 65 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing and secondary prevention health education of coronary heart disease, and the intervention group received secondary prevention health education of coronary heart disease based on Pender health promotion model on the basis of routine nursing.Self-management level, health promotion behavior,self-efficacy,post-traumatic growth level,BMI,WC and RWH were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:(1)The total score of posttraumatic growth in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease was(60.65±10.14);The total score of medical coping style of patients was(45.19±4.88).The total score of self-efficacy was(55.34± 9.15).Correlation analysis showed that medical coping style and self-efficacy were positively correlated with post-traumatic growth in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease(r=0.414,0.211;P < 0.01).The interaction between self-efficacy and coping style was statistically significant(B=0.065,P < 0.01),and the coping style of patients with high self-efficacy positively predicted the level of post-traumatic growth.(2)There were significant differences in body mass index, waist circumference and waist-height ratio before and after intervention group(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of health promotion behavior and the dimensions of interpersonal relationship, health responsibility, physical exercise and spiritual growth(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences among the total score of self-efficacy,total score of self-management behavior, daily life management, symptom management, disease knowledge, treatment compliance and first aid management(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the total score of posttraumatic growth level, new possibilities, mental changes and appreciation of life(P <0.05).After intervention, there were statistically significant differences in the total score of health promotion behavior and the dimensions of interpersonal relationship, health responsibility, physical exercise and spiritual growth between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of comparative self-efficacy,total score of self-management behavior, treatment compliance and first aid management between the two groups after intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)The post-traumatic level of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease is low,and the post-traumatic growth of patients is positively correlated with their coping style and self-efficacy,and self-efficacy can play a regulating role in the relationship between coping style and post-traumatic growth.Improving patients’ coping style can improve their post-traumatic growth level, and improving patients’ self-efficacy can enhance the promoting effect of their coping style on post-traumatic growth.(2)The self-management behavior, health promotion behavior,self-efficacy and post-traumatic growth level of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease were all effectively improved in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease under Pender health promotion mode, indicating that the application of this mode in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease in young and middle-aged patients is better. |
