| objective: To analyse the general demographic data and clinical data characteristics of middle-aged and young patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease, patients with simple coronary heart disease and patients with simple type 2diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Cardiovascular Hospital affiliated to Yan’an University,to explore the relationship between apolipoprotein and the number of coronary lesion branches, and to provide some scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of middle-aged and young patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease. Methods: The case data of middle-aged and young patients with T2 DM combined with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Department of General Medicine and the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Cardiovascular Hospital of Yan’an University from 2021.1.1 to 2022.12.31 were retrospectively described and summarized, and a total of 831 patients were included, which were divided into three groups according to the examination and test results: T2 DM combined with CHD group(type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease group),CHD group(CHD alone without combined type 2 diabetes group),and T2 DM group(type 2 diabetes alone without combined coronary artery disease group).Basic demographic and clinical data were collected from all study subjects, and the data were statistically analysed using SPSS 25.0 software, and differences were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05.Results:1.In the general demographic data, the differences between the three groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in terms of age, gender, occupation and current residence. There was a statistically significant difference in the proportion of people in the BMI stratification(P < 0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in terms of whether hypertension was combined or not.(P > 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the three groups in whether hyperuricemia and fatty liver were combined(p < 0.05).2.Laboratory tests in general clinical data: BMI,FBG,UA,TG,TC,LDL-C,Apo A1,Apo B,A/B,Hb A1 c,ALT,AST,Scr,EF%,N%,L% were statistically significant between the three groups of patients(p < 0.05).The differences in HDL-C and M% between the three groups were not statistically significant(p<0.05).3.The percentage of LCX branches in the distribution of involved coronary vessels was statistically significant between the T2 DM combined with CHD group and the CHD group(p<0.05).The percentage of LM,LAD and RCA branches in the distribution of involved coronary vessels was not statistically significant between the T2 DM combined with CHD and CHD groups(p>0.05).The differences in the number of branches involved in coronary vascular lesions were statistically significant between the T2 DM combined with CHD group and CHD group(p<0.05).4.Apo A1,Apo B,A/B ratio and Hb A1 c levels in the T2 DM combined with CHD group were statistically significant when compared with the group with the number of coronary lesions(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The mean age of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitius with coronary heart artery disease was 51.81±6.34 years, and the prevalence of men was higher than that of women;compared with the three groups, the number of patients in the T2 DM group, and the number of patients in neighboring cities and other provinces in the T2 DM group, indicating that the heart and brain hospital of our hospital has certain radiation effect.2.Young and middle-aged patients with T2 DM combined with coronary artery disease had a high prevalence of AST,TG,LDL-C,Apo B,N%,NLR levels were higher than those of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease alone and type2 diabetes alone.3.The severity of coronary involvement was more severe in middle-aged and young patients with type 2 diabetes combined with coronary heart disease than in patients with coronary heart disease alone. |
