Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Buxu Huayu Fang In Treating Stages Ⅲ To Ⅳ Of Diabetes Nephropathy Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency With Blood Stasis

Objective:Through observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of Buxu Huayu fang in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ diabetes nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,the effect of this prescription was studied in order to provide clinical basis for the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Method:In this study,60 patients with diabetes nephropathy(stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ)(spleen and kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases.Both groups received the same basic treatment of Western medicine.The control group took Shenkangning capsule(18g/time,3times/day)in addition to the basic treatment.The treatment group took Buxu Huayu fang orally in the basic treatment,and both groups were treated for 8weeks.Observe the changes in urine microalbumin,24-hour urine protein quantification,renal function indicators(blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate),fasting blood glucose,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio,average platelet volume/lymphocyte ratio,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and safety indicators before and after treatment in the treatment group and control group,and conduct statistical analysis of the obtained data,To explore the therapeutic effect of Buxu Huayu Formula and evaluate its safety.Results:1.After treatment,the levels of microalbumin in urine,24-hour urine protein quantification,serum creatinine,and fasting blood glucose in both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,P<0.05;The glomerular filtration rate increased compared to before treatment,P<0.05;The treatment group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.2.After treatment,the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio,and average platelet volume/lymphocyte ratio of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,P<0.05;The treatment group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.3.After treatment,both groups of patients showed a decrease in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores compared to before treatment.The treatment group showed better improvement in fatigue,shortness of breath,lazy speech,soreness in the waist and knees,numbness and pain in the limbs,lack of appetite,and dullness in complexion than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after the treatment of symptoms such as abnormal skin nails and frequent urination(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 68.97%.There is a statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Buxu Huayu fang can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with diabetes kidney disease stage III-IV;2.Buxu Huayu fang can reduce urinary microalbumin,24-hour urine protein quantification,Scr,blood sugar,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio,average platelet volume/lymphocyte ratio,and increase e GFR levels;3.The therapeutic effect of Buxu Huayu fang on stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ of diabetes nephropathy with spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis is significant.
