| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of well-point bloodletting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of finger spasm after stroke,to compare the difference in efficacy with ordinary acupuncture treatment, and to explore the mechanism and treatment advantages of finger spasm after stroke by bloodletting at well point,in order to provide a better, safer and more effective treatment plan for the treatment of finger spasm after stroke. Methods:A total of 60 hospitalized patients who met the diagnostic criteria for finger spasm after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group. The control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment, the treatment group was given ordinary acupuncture plus hand hole bloodletting, ordinary acupuncture treatment was given once a day,Sunday rest for 1 day,6 times a week, for a total of 4 weeks;Wellpoint bloodletting treatment is performed twice a week for a total of 4weeks.Before and after treatment, the Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA)and the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)were used to score the hand function and spasm degree of the two groups, and the statistical software was used to organize the data, observe the clinical effect, and analyze the differences between the data.Outcome:1.General InformationBefore treatment, the basic data(age, sex, course of disease, stroke type),MAS spasm score and FMA hand function score of the two groups were compared, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups,and(P>0.05)was comparable.2.Comparison between groupsAfter 4 weeks of treatment, the FMA hand function score between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant, and the difference in MAS spasm degree score between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.Intra-group comparisonThe treatment group and the control group were given FMA hand function scores before and after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)and MAS spasm scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wellpoint bloodletting combined with ordinary acupuncture therapy and ordinary acupuncture therapy have good therapeutic effects on patients with finger spasm after stroke, which can improve the patient’s hand function and reduce muscle tone.2.The clinical efficacy of well-point bloodletting combined with ordinary acupuncture is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Well-hole bloodletting has the advantages of simple operation, low economic pressure, simplicity, stool, efficacy and cheapness, which is convenient for clinical promotion. |
