Clinical Research Of Er-jian Bloodletting Therapy Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Liver-yang Hyperactivity Stroke Hemiplegia

ObjectiveAccording to clinical research to observe the influence of Erjian bloodletting Therapy Combined with Acupuncture for the treatment of Liver-yang Hyperactivity Stroke Hemiplegia patients. And so as to explore the clinical symptoms, and is easy to operation and treatment.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,60stroke patients with apoplexy hemiplegia were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases For both groups,the same points and the same method of operation were chosen in the acupuncture part. The treatment frequency of the acupuncture part of treatment group was five times a week,one time each day, after a rest for two days, the treatment continued and the totol treatment duration was four weeks. We evaluated every case according to two items before the treatment and after the period of treatment:(1) Barthel Index for assess the Activities of Daily Living.(2) NIH Stroke Scale.ResultsAfter treatment, the overall efficacy, Ridit analysis of the difference was significant(P<0.05). The treatment group is more effective than the simple acupuncture control group。Their Barthel activity of daily living (ADL) score and NDS score are significantly improved after treatment in both groups (p<0.05), the change between the groups was also significant.Conclusion The symptoms were relieved significantly after treatment in both groups。 Their Barthel activity of daily living (ADL) score and NDS score are significantly improved after treatment in both groups。Their Barthel activity of daily living and The neurological function in both groups significantly improved after treatment, the change between the groups was also significant。.
