Purpose:To explore the dose effect relationship between the blood discharge of Jinjin and Yuye and the curative effect on dysarthria after strokeMaterial and method:60 patients with dysarthria after moderate wind were selected. They were treated with basic treatment plus speech rehabilitation training combined with Jinjin and Yuye blood pricking therapy. The specific methods of blood pricking therapy were as follows: first, routine disinfection, wipe the saliva in the patient’s mouth with gauze, needle the acupoint 2 ~ 3mm with three edges, immediately take out the needle, place a sterile cotton ball at the bleeding place, and replace another cotton ball after the cotton ball is completely infiltrated by blood,Bleed until the blood is not easy to flow out.Every three days for four weeks.Group a used less than 2 cotton balls per time after bleeding, group B used 2 to 4cotton balls per time after bleeding, and group C used more than 4 cotton balls per time after bleeding. The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated by modified French dysarthria rating scale and language function rating before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 was used to process and analyze the relevant data.Result:1.Intra group comparison before and after treatment: the scores of patients in group A,group B and group C after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).A.The improvement of soft palate, throat, tongue and speech functions in group B and C was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the functions of reflex, respiration, lip and jaw were also improved, but there was no statistically significant(P >0.05).2.Comparison between groups before and after treatment: before treatment, there was no significant difference in the rating of Frenchay dysarthria rating scale among the three groups(P > 0.05);After treatment, the treatment effect of group B was better than that of group A(P< 0.05),and the treatment effect of group C was better than that of group B(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of scores before and after treatment: compared with those before treatment, the scores of patients in group A,group B and group C decreased(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups: there was no significant difference in the scores of the three groups before treatment(x 2= 9.334,P = 0.067 > 0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of the three groups after treatment(x 2= 22.300,P = 0.000 < 0.05).Compared with group A,the scores of group B(P < 0.05)and group C(P < 0.0001)were lower.Compared with group B,the scores of group C(P < 0.001)were lower. The difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of effective rate between groups: there was significant difference in clinical efficacy among group A,group B and group C(P < 0.05),indicating that the distribution of curative effect in each group was different or not the same. After further pairwise comparison, compared with group A,group B(P < 0.05)and group C(P < 0.05)had better curative effect, and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with group B,group C had better curative effect(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. It shows that the curative effect of group B and group C is better than that of group A,and the curative effect of group C is better than that of group B.Conclusion:1.Jinjin and Yuye bloodletting therapy combined with basic treatment and language rehabilitation training can effectively improve the articulation ability of patients with dysarthria.2.The blood pricking therapy of Jinjin and Yuye has the most obvious effect on the improvement of soft palate, throat, tongue and speech function.3.The therapeutic effect of Jinjin and Yuye blood pricking therapy on dysarthria is positively correlated with its bleeding volume.
