Clinical Efficacy Of Shenqi Yixin Formula On HFpEF (Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) And The Effects Of Serum Galectin-3

Objective:1.By observing the effects of Shenqi Yixin Recipe on serum Galectin-3 in patients with HFpEF(Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),we investiga-ted the mechanism of action of Shenqi Yixin Recipe intervention in patients with HFpEF and provided clinical basis for its new potential anti-myocardial fibrosis target for the treatment of HFpEF.2.By observing the effects of Shenqi Yixin Recipe on cardiac ultrasound indexes,6-minute walk test distance,Minnesota quality of life score,Chinese medicine evidence efficacy and Chinese medicine symptom score in patients with HFpEF(Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis type),the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Yixin Recipe intervention in patients with HFpEF was explored,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the application of Shenqi Yixin Recipe in the treatment of HFpEF.Methods:A random number table method was used to divide 68 patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type HFpEF into a control group and a test group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the test group was given Ginseng and Astragalus Beneficial Heart Formula,and samples from both groups were observed.The duration of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks,and the efficacy was evaluated after the course of treatment.Results:1.Cardiac ultrasound indexes: after treatment,the cardiac ultrasound indexes(LVEDD,LVESD,E/e’)in both groups improved compared with those before treatment,and E/A decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Serum Galectin-3 levels: after treatment,the Galectin-3 levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Chinese medicine symptom efficacy: After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom efficacy of patients in both groups improved compared with that before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Chinese medicine symptom scores: After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.6-minute walk test results showed that: after treatment,the 6-minute walk test distance of patients in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The results of Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire showed that after treatment,the quality of life scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ginseng-Qi Yi Xin Fang combined can effectively improve the cardiac ultrasound indexes,reduce the level of TCM symptom score and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Score,and improve the level of TCM symptom efficacy and 6-minute walk test distance in patients with Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis type HFpEF.2.Ginseng-Qi Yi Xin Formula combined can effectively reduce serum Galectin-3 levels in patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type HFpEF.
