| Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Yixin Recipe in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(yang qi deficiency and blood stasis type)and its effect on serum Cystatin C(CysC),and evaluate its safety.Methods: 68 patients with chronic heart failure(yang qi deficiency and blood stasis type)who met the criteria of enrolled cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups of patients received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was supplemented with Shenqi Yixin Recipe for 2 weeks.By comparing the TCM syndrome scores,NYHA cardiac function grading,6-minute walking test,serum NT-pro BNP,LVEF,quality of life score and serum CysC changes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Yixin Recipe on patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on serum CysC.Result:1.Comparison of TCM syndromes: After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy of the 6MWT: After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of both groups increased compared with that before treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of LVEF value of cardiac ultrasound: AFTER treatment,LVEF of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of fractional efficacy of cardiac function: After treatment,cardiac function of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).5.Comparison of serum NT-pro BNP concentration: after treatment,the serum NT-pro BNP concentration in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum CysC concentration: After treatment,CysC in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).7.Comparison of quality of life scores: after treatment,the quality of life of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Shenqi Yixin prescription combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients with chronic heart failure(yangqi deficiency and blood stasis).2.Shenqi Yixin prescription combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure(yangqi deficiency and blood stasis type),improve LVEF,enhance activity tolerance,improve quality of life,reduce the serum NT-prob NP level.3.Shenqi Yixin prescription combined with Western medicine can significantly reduce the serum CysC level of patients with chronic heart failure(yangqi deficiency and blood stasis). |
