Clinical Observation Of Ruxiansanjie Granules Combined With Xiaoyu Ointment For The Treatment Of Breast Hperplasia(Liver-Depression And Phlegm-Coagulation Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruxiansanjie granules combined with Xiaoyu ointment in the treatment of breast hyperplasia(liver-depression and phlegm-coagulation type).Methods:Sixty-nine patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of liver depression and phlegm coagulation type of breast hyperplasia were selected from the outpatient clinic of the Department of Surgery I of our hospital and randomly divided into 35 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The actual number of cases completed was 62,of which 31 cases in the control group were given Ruxiansanjie granules orally and 31 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoyu ointment on top of the control group.A total of 2 months of treatment was given.Breast pain score,breast lump size score,lump distribution score,lump hardness score and TCM symptom score were recorded before treatment,after 1 month of treatment and after 2 months of treatment respectively.The effectiveness of this clinical observation was assessed by determining the efficacy of the two groups of patients according to the efficacy index at the end of the treatment.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.At the end of the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5% and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.4%.There was a statistically significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Breast pain and breast lumps(size,distribution range,hardness)in both groups at the end of treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of breast pain and breast lumps(size,distribution range,hardness)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4.The individual TCM symptoms scores of the two groups at the end of treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the degree of improvement in chest tightness and distension and good depression and irritability was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Ruxiansanjie granules combined with Xiaoyu ointment can effectively treat liver-depression and phlegm-coagulation type of breast enlargement and is more effective than using Breast Dispersing Granules alone.2.Ruxiansanjie granules combined with Xiaoyu ointment are better than Ruxiansanjie granules alone in improving symptoms such as breast pain,breast lumps(size,distribution,firmness),irritability,chest tightness and swelling.3.The patient did not experience any significant physical discomfort during the course of internal administration of Ruxiansanjie granules and external application of Xiaoyu ointment.
