Clinical Observation On Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands (Stagnation Of Liver QI And Kidney Dificiency, Phlegm Coagulation And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Xiangling Rukang Granules

Objective:to evaluate the treatment of xiangling rukang granules of mammary gland hyperplasia (stagnation of liver qi and kidney dificiency phlegm coagulation and blood stasis syndrome), the clinical efficacy and safety to provide basis for further clinical trials.Methods:Choose glandular hyperplasia with 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases of each. Treatment group:give xiangling rukang granules,1 bag/times,3/day, oral, take 2 menstrual cycle, menstrual withdrawal. Control:to placebo,1 bag/times,3/day, oral, take 2 menstrual cycle, menstrual withdrawal. Two groups of patients treated with a month for a period of two treatment, treatment and statistical line.Results:1.Treatment of disease of mammary gland hyperplasia of the total effective rate of mammary gland 93.3% group total effectiveness is sick, treatment group was better than control group, compared with significant difference (P< 0.05).2. Before and after the treatment of two groups of TCM syndrome, total points within the group are significant difference (P<0.01), after treatment, the comparison between the two groups, significant differences (P<0.01), train the treatment group than in control group, can be very good to improve clinical symptoms.3. Before and after the treatment of TCM ZhuZheng two groups within the group, integral significant difference (P<0.05), after treatment compared between two groups, have significant difference (P<0.01), train the treatment groups can improve breast symptoms, its effect is significantly better than placebo.4.Before and after the treatment of two groups breast lumps, length-diameter group were significant difference (P<0.01), after treatment compared between two groups, have significant difference (P<0.01), Clew therapy of breast lumps have very good therapeutic effect, and the effect was better than control.5. Before and after the treatment of two groups within the group breast ache days, significant difference (P<0.01), after treatment compared between two groups, have significant difference (P<0.01), train the treatment groups can alleviate the pain is very good, and breast cancer.Conelusion:Xiangling rukang granules of mammary gland hyperplasia is good to soothe the liver, nourish kidney, reduce phlegm and analgesic, resolving hard lump, in the overall effect and comprehensive functions on the effect of TCM syndrome than control group, and can effectively relieve the pain, shrink breast, breast lumps and noticeably improve patients with symptoms, no significant side effects.
