Objective:Through attention deficit hyperactive disorder(ADHD),when children and adolescents respond to emotional pictures, arousal and potency to determine whether their emotional characteristics are different from normal children. To explore whether emotional characteristics in children with ADHD change with age and possible trends in their changes.3.To explore whether the characteristic values that distinguish them from normal children are related to clinical symptoms.Method : The subjects of this study were from the adolescent psychiatric clinic and the outpatient clinic of the adolescent and child psychological counseling center.According to the COnners Behavior Check List of Parents,TOVA Terest, physician interviews, according to the statistic menu of mental disease-V The diagnostic criteria for SM-V are ADHD.A total of 29 cases were reported in adolescents and children.According to the grade, height and weight matched with 1 0 cases of normal children.Experimental programs were written using E prime software, with an interval of 3 seconds between each set,and the reaction time RT,arousal(e motional arousal EA),and e-motional were tested through the Geneva Mood Image Library valence EV)and the correct number. All participants underwent this test. The Conner’s Parent Scale evaluates the clinical symptoms of ADHD from five dimensions, namely character problems, learning problems, psychosomatic problems,impulsivity/hyperactivity,and anxiety, which is a more classic scale for reflecting the clinical symptoms of ADHD.Chi-square analysis was used to compare the sex of the experimental group and the control group, and the age difference between the two groups was analyzed by T-test,and the response between the two groups, titer, arousal and correct number.Analysis of variance was used to compare the response of experimental groups to neutral, positive, and negative pictures, titer, arousal, and correct numbers.Correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between age and emotional characteristics(different experimental indicators in different and normal groups)and clinical symptoms of ADHD in the experimental group. Results:Basic data, compared with the control group, there was an age difference, and the age of the control group was greater than the age of the experimental group,P<0 01,there is no gender difference.Compare the differences between the two groups in positive, negative, neutral pictures, potency, arousal, correct numbers.ADHD patients have fewer correct numbers for positive pictures,P<0.01,ADHD patients have no difference in arousal, potency, and correct number of positive emotions, negative emotions, and neutral emotions. The correct number of positive emotion pictures in ADHD patients was positively correlated with age,P<0.01,and the correct number of positive emotion pictures was negatively correlated with the learning score of the Cornner’s scale,P<0.01.Conclusion :(1)There is an age difference between the experimental group and the normal group of participants in this sample.(2)There was a significant difference in the correct number of positive emotions between the experimental group and the control group, which may indicate that the recognition or response mechanism of positive emotional information in the ADHD group was different from that of ordinary people.(3)The correct number of positive information of the participants in the experimental group ADHD was negatively correlated with the learning problem performance column of the Cornell’s Parent Scale, suggesting that the more positive emotions correct, the less the learning problem score.
