| Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of thrombologram combined with routine coagulation function test in evaluating coagulation status of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Method: Sixty-eight patients who underwent surgical treatment in the thoracic Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2020 to June 2022 and were confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer by postoperative pathology were selected as the experimental group, and 50 patients whose postoperative pathological findings were benign lung lesions were selected as the control group during the same period. After admission, blood was drawn for thrombologram and routine coagulation function test.Observation index: 1.Four parameters of thrombus elasticity chart.2.Four indexes of routine coagulation work.Results:(1)Compared with the lung benign lesion group, the R-value and K-value of the lung malignant tumor group were significantly decreased, while the Angle,MA value and FIB value were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The blood hypercoagulability of stage Ⅲ patients with lung malignant tumor was more significant than that of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The K value of lung cancer patients in the group with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in the group without lymph node metastasis, while the Angle,MA value and FIB value were increased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(4)The R value and K value of lung adenocarcinoma group were lower than those of lung squamous cell carcinoma group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)The detection rate of thrombologram in evaluating blood hypercoagulability of lung cancer patients was better than that of conventional coagulation function, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Blood hypercoagulability is common in patients with lung malignant tumor, and is correlated with pathological stage. The hypercoagulability is more significant in lung cancer patients with more advanced stage and lymph node metastasis.2.Thromboelastography can reflect the coagulation state of the body more accurately than the conventional coagulation function test, providing an important basis for anticoagulation treatment of clinical patients.3.Thromboelastography can assist in evaluating the progression of the disease in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. |
