Objective: We have noticed the therapeutic effect of buqimaitong tablets and the basic treatment methods of Western medicine, which have produced therapeutic effects on patients with gas deficiency syndrome and stagnation after PCI.Method: From January2022 to December 2022,58 patients with post project blood deficiency and blood stasis were collected from a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This is in line with The standards mentioned in this study. Two groups of patients detected left ventricular ejection(LVEF),clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and C-reactive protein(CRP)within 12 weeks after treatment.Results:(1)The left ventricle release fraction(EF)between the two groups before treatment is available as different statistics(P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricle release fraction(EF)is increased. After medicine, the left ventricle release fraction of the experimental group was higher than the EF control group.(2)When you met the control group, after studying the experimental group, changes were statistically demonstrated using the two groups’ educational change symptoms(P<0.001),and the entire study group’s change i n change was controlled by the control group.(3)The difference in CRP between the experimental group and the control group prior to the significant statistical treatment(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference after the treatment(P>0.05).(4)After treatment with two patient groups, the experimental group showed significant statistical differences in RBC,Hgb and PLT before and after treatment(P<0.05),although the control group did not show statistical differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:buqimaitong tablets combined with conventional treatment of basic Western medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients after PCI for coronary heart disease and better improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine in patients after PCI for coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
