Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenshenhuoxuetongmai tablet on treating stable angina pectoris of yang-defficiency and blood-stasis type.Methods:According to randomized control principle,60 cases selected by diagnostic code, inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria were randomly divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases).The treatment group were treated with Wenshenhuoxuetongmai tablet and the control group with Shengui capsule and when angina attacks both groups were treated with sublingual glyceryl as a necessary symptomatic treatment.Observe the clinical symptoms,angina curative effect and blood and erine routine, liver and renal function.4 weeks as a period of treatment and make an evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety after the treatment.Result:The treatmen group is prior to control group (P<0.05) on improving the angina,TCM clinical symptoms and ECG ischemic and can also decrease the blood cholesterol,improve the hemorheologic state ameliorate and the hemorrheologic indices and accelerate.No adverse reaction and anaphylactic reaction is observed.Conclusion:Wenshenhuoxuetongmai tablet is one of the effective Chinese patent medicines on prevention and cure stable angina pectoris. Its mechanism is through improving blood fat, the hemorrheologic indices and accelerate and the hemorheologic state ameliorate to exret the effect.There is no obvious influence on liver and renal functions and blood and urine routine and the clinical effect is distinct.It is an efficacy and safty medicine.
