Self Developed Zishui Hanmu Formula For The Treatment Of Vitiligo With Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Clinical Efficacy Observation

Objective:By evaluating the treatment efficacy and the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment through VASI scoring,this study aims to explore the effectiveness of the self-made Zishui Hanmu formula in treating vitiligo with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome through the Zishui Hanmu method.Methods:Thirty nine patients with vitiligo of stable liver and kidney insufficiency syndrome who met the requirements of outpatient treatment from January 2022 to January2023 in the dermatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,The study randomly allocated 20 cases to the test group and 19 cases to the control group.The experimental group selected self designed Zishui Hanmu Formula combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for diagnosis and treatment,while the control group used 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for treatment.Evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups based on the degree of improvement in skin lesions before and after treatment,at the 4th,8th,and 12 th weeks respectively.Conduct RCM examination and TCM syndrome score evaluation before and after treatment,and observe and record the differences in clinical treatment effects between the two groups before and after treatment.Use SPSS22.0 software to collect all data and analyze the results of each item.Results:At the onset of the investigation,there were 39 effective cases,2 cases of detachment during the process,and20 cases in the experimental group and 17 cases in the control group ultimately completed the experiment.There were no participants who showed abnormal reactions during the research process and had to terminate the experiment.(1)After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group(80.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.06%);(2)At the 8th and 12 th week of treatment,there was a significant difference in VASI scores between the experimental group and the control group,and the effect was good,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:The combination of self-made Zishui Hanmu Formula and Tacrolimus in the treatment of vitiligo patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome has better clinical efficacy and improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores than the control group,providing new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,which can be further clinically applied.
