Objective: 1.This study integrates subjective and objective empowering approaches to quantify the military hospital nurses’ health service security competency assessment indicators in order to boost the indicator system’s validity and scientific and practical efficacy.2.To understand the motor vault nurses’ current level and areas for improvement, the quantified indicator system was used to measure their health service security competency at the military hospital. It also laid the groundwork for the recruitment and training of military emergency teams with the goal of improving sanitary services.Methods:1.This study is based on the earlier creation of the task group’s indication system. It uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to separate the subjective and objective weights of the indicators and then combines the two to calculate the total weight of indicators, the value of the score, the degree of classification, and the assessment standard content. The evaluation’s content was refined further with the help of the pre-test input, and the indication system was built.Following that,a scientific inquiry was carried out to validate its authenticity.2.The research item was selected from a military hospital’s motor vault using the practical sample technique.During the training period, the direct nursing manager analyzed the motor vault nurses’ health service security competency, exhibited the scores for each index in terms of scoring rate, and contrasted the motor vault nurses’ competency with respect to numerous features. Results: 1.The quantified indication system has a total score of 0 ~ 100,with 80.1 ~100 being great,60.1 ~ 80 being good,40.1 ~ 60 being ordinary, and ≤ 40 being poor. The higher the score, the greater the degree of health service security competency of nurses in military hospitals, and thus the better prepared they are.2.The quantitative indication system’s overall Cronbach’ α coefficient was 0.963,the Cronbach’ α coefficient of each item was greater than 0.7,the I-CVI spans from 0.86 to 1.00,the average S-CVI is 0.88,and the overall S-CVI is 0.87.3.The overall scoring rate of nurses from the motor vault of a military hospital for health service security competency was 87.3%,with the first-level dimensions of a personal trait(93.7%),personal motivation(93.3%),professional skill(85.6%),social ability(84.8%),and professional knowledge(81.1%)having the highest scoring rates from high to low.Secondary dimensions with the highest scoring rates were professional ethics(95.7%),achievement motivation(93.8%),altruistic motivation(93.9%),and psychological quality(92.5%),with the lowest being military nursing skills(84.5%),innovation and development ability(81.9%),field nursing knowledge(78.8%),and scientific research ability(65.8%).4.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of motor vault nurses with varying ages, professional titles, post qualities, and working years(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The indication system of health service security competency of nurses in military hospitals based on the AHP-entropy weight method has good reliability and validity, and it can be used to evaluate the level of health service security competency of nurses in military hospitals. It also has a scientific nature and is used in practice.2.The proficiency level of motor vault nurses at military hospitals is currently in the upper middle class. These nurses have a high level of personal motivation and traits but low nursing knowledge, abilities, and social aptitude.Motor vault nurses’ competency is affected by age, professional title, vocational qualities, and working years.Motor vault nurses in military hospitals should consolidate and expand their knowledge and skills in the future,as well as deeply explore innovative thinking and scientific research ability, and pay attention to the training of young nurses while optimizing and improving relevant training strategies,in order to promote the effective improvement of health service security competency.
