Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zheng’s No.3Fumigation in the prevention of knee adhesions after ACL reconstruction, and to provide a better treatment plan for the prevention of knee adhesions in patients after ACL reconstruction. Methods: A randomized,double-blind controlled trial was conducted to select postoperative patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in the Department of Sports Injury and Disease of the Affiliated Sports Hospital of Chengdu University of Physical Education from October 2021 to October 2022,and all patients were treated with symptomatic rehabilitation after surgery. In this study,a total of 172 patients were collected,17 cases were exfoliated, and finally 155 cases that met the criteria and exclusion criteria were included, which were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group gave Zheng’s No.3fumigation medicine to wash the affected knee, each time for about 20 minutes,2times a day,1 time in the morning and noon, for a total of 4 weeks. The control group was smoked with Zheng’s No.3 fumigation medicine simulant, and the rest was the same as the experimental group. All the included cases completed all follow-up items, and the gender, age, affected side,BMI index and tegner index of the two groups were recorded, and the follow-up was performed before fumigation,2 weeks after fumigation and 4 weeks after fumigation, and the Lysholm score,VAS score, knee range of motion, knee effusion,CTGF and MMP-9 expression levels in joint fluid, and adverse drug reactions were recorded in both groups.SPSS 25.0 was used to statistically analyze the above indicators. Results: 1.The general information of the two groups and the Lysholm score,VAS score, knee mobility,intra-knee effusion,CTGF and MMP-9 expression levels of joint fluid were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the experimental group and the control group were comparable.2.After repeated measurement ANOVA,the Lysholm score, knee range of motion, knee effusion,CTGF and MMP-9 expression levels of patients in the two groups before fumigation,2 weeks after fumigation and 4weeks after fumigation were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the interaction effect of time and group was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).3.According to Friedman’s test, the VAS scores of the two groups before fumigation,2weeks after fumigation and 4 weeks after fumigation were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Mann-Whitney U test showed that after 2 weeks of fumigation and 4weeks of fumigation, the VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).4.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of both groups after the end of fumigation was 100%,but the apparent efficiency of the experimental group(13.16%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(5.06%),and no significant statistical significance was found between the two(P>0.05)after the rank sum test.5.After the end of fumigation, the adverse reaction rate of the experimental group(4.65%)and the control group(5.81%),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Compared with Zheng’s No.3 Fumigation Agent,Zheng’s No.3Fumigation has better efficacy in improving knee joint function, alleviating joint swelling and pain, improving knee joint mobility, promoting intra-articular fluid absorption, and reducing the expression level of CTGF and MMP-9 in joint fluid, which can play a certain preventive role in joint adhesions after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and has high safety.
