Objectives:1.To explore nurses’ experience of work stress during the normalized epidemic prevention and control2.To develop the job stressors scale for nurses in fever Clinic under normalized epidemic prevention and control and test its reliability and validityMethods:1.Qualitative interview From December 2019 to January 2019,an interview outline was developed based on literature review.A total of 16 nurses in fever clinic of secondary and above hospitals in Jingzhou City were selected by purposive sampling method for qualitative interview.Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis method was used for text analysis and theme extraction,so as to provide a reference for the construction of the item pool of the scale.2.Delphi Expert letter consultation 16 experts engaged in clinical nursing,nursing management,infectious disease research and psychology research were invited to participate in the expert letter consultation from February to March,2022.02 to March,2022.03.The items of the scale were further adjusted and screened to form the test version of stress scale Ⅰ.3.The item analysis From April to June,2022.04 to June,2022.22,272 nurses in fever clinic of secondary and above hospitals in Jingzhou City were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated with the Stress scale test version Ⅰ.SPSS21.0 was used to conduct project analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the first draft of the scale,and further screen the item dimensions of the scale to determine the formation of the stress scale test version Ⅱ.4.Reliability and validity test From 2022.07 to 2022.09,a total of 358 fever clinic nurses from secondary and above hospitals in Jingzhou City were investigated with the Stress Scale test version Ⅱ by convenience sampling method.SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis,convergent validity,discrimination validity,criteria-related validity and reliability test on the test version Ⅱof the Stress Scale,and finally form the official version of the Work Stress Scale for nurses in Fever Clinic under normal epidemic prevention and control.Results:1.Qualitative interview Four themes were extracted,namely "working environment and workload","infection","patient care and management",and "nurse role stress".2.Delphi Expert letter consultation: Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted in this study,with effective recovery rates of 100% and 87.5%,respectively.The rate of expert opinion was 50% and 12.5% respectively;The authority coefficients of experts were 0.8781 and 0.8889,respectively.The Kendall ’SW values for all the items were 0.245(P < 0.01)and 0.135(P < 0.01),respectively.According to expert opinions,entry screening criteria and discussion of the research team,14 items were deleted,6 items were merged into 3 items,9 items were modified and adjusted,and 2 items were added.Finally,the Stress Assessment Scale for Nurses in fever Clinic for Normal Epidemic Prevention and Control(test version Ⅰ)was formed,including 5 dimensions and 42 items.3.The item analysis Results of item screening scale show that each item has a good degree of identification and reliability,and has a high correlation with the whole.No item is deleted;After two rounds of exploratory factor analysis,there are four items that meet the deletion conditions,namely,item 8 has load values less than 0.4 on all factors.The load of item 34 is > 0.4 on the two common factors,but the difference between the two factors is < 0.1;The other common factor 6 contains only entries 5 and 6.Finally,the Stress Assessment Scale for Nurses in fever Clinic for Normal Epidemic Prevention and Control(test version Ⅱ)was formed,including 38 items and 5 dimensions,including patient care and management(item 1-6),work environment and load(item7-17),work-family conflict(item 18-20),infection(item 21-27),etc.Management and Human Relations(Items 28-38).4.Reliability and validity test Reliability test results show that the Cronbach’s a coefficient of the total volume table is 0.968,and the Cronbach’s a coefficient of each dimension is between 0.842 and 0.931.The total broken half reliability coefficient is0.888,and the broken half reliability coefficient of each dimension is between 0.771 and0.889.The validity test results showed that the correlation validity coefficient of self-rating scale for depression was 0.466(P < 0.01),with moderate correlation.Validation factor analysis showed that the scale model had a good fit(χ~2/df=2.47,RMSEA=0.073,RMR=0.047,CFI=0.881,NFI=0.815,IFI=0.882,TLI=0.871),and the AVE value of each dimension was greater than 0.5,and the CR value was greater than 0.7.It indicates that the scale in this study has good aggregation validity,and the AVE square root of each dimension is greater than the correlation coefficient of this dimension,indicating that the scale has good discriminative validity.To sum up,the scale has good reliability and validity.ConclusionThis study completed the preparation of the stress assessment scale for nurses in the fever clinic for normal epidemic prevention and control,which has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the work stress of nurses in the fever clinic under the normal epidemic prevention and control...
