| The 20 th CPC National Congress put forward,We will expand the medical and health workforce,improve the public health system,and promote the building of a healthy China.For years,China have thoroughly implemented the people-centered development philosophy and steadily promoted the construction of the medical and health system.Our aim is to make the people enjoy health services in a timely and fair way.The construction of health human resources is undoubtedly the foundation and guarantee.To strengthen the foundation of health human resources,rationally allocate and effectively improve the equity of health human resources is not only the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the medical and health team and the sound of the public health system,but also the implementation of people-oriented,to ensure that everyone has access to medical services.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fairness of health human resources allocation and explore the system mechanism,methods and paths of scientific and rational allocation of health human resources to solve the existing problems in health human resources allocation and improve the health and happiness index of the whole people.This article selects the equity of health human resources in Anhui province as the research object,and adopts qualitative analysis,quantitative research and other methods to systematically analyze the allocation status and equity performance of health human resources in Anhui Province.Furthermore,the current situation and allocation of health human resources such as health personnel,licensed(assistant)physicians and registered nurses in Anhui Province during 2025 were predicted by various prediction models.It is found that there is a trend risk of insufficient total ownership of health human resources in Anhui Province,and it is found that there are some fairness problems in the allocation of health human resources.The research concludes that the proportion structure of health human resources is unreasonable,the allocation of urban and rural areas is unbalanced,the allocation of institutions is unbalanced,the allocation of health human resources is unfair according to geographical area,and the health human resources are scarce in economically weak areas.Put forward to improve the personnel training system,improve the health personnel ownership,enhance the attractiveness of nursing profession,optimize the proportion structure of medical care,strengthen the construction of rural health services,narrow the gap between urban and rural personnel,improve the level of grass-roots services,improve the balance of institutional personnel allocation,attach importance to geographical factors,improve the fairness of geographical allocation of health personnel,consider economic disparity,encourage people to flow to economic less-developed areas,strengthen the government regulation.The research results can provide reference for the relevant departments.Figure[26] table[19] reference[85]... |
