| Objective:In this project,we selected the instructor’s experience formula Zi Zhu Stop Bleeding for the prevention and treatment of bleeding after external hemorrhoid removal and internal hemorrhoid ligation of damp-heat-infused mixed hemorrhoids,and observed its efficacy on postoperative trauma bleeding,pain and trauma healing to provide a new option for the prevention and treatment of postoperative trauma bleeding of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the randomized control method,and the two groups were treated with the same conventional treatment(both on the day of surgery and 1 day after surgery with intravenous The two groups were treated with the same conventional treatment(the same antibiotics to prevent infection and the same hemostatic drugs to prevent bleeding),and the treatment group was treated with Zizhu hemostatic formula once in the morning and once in the evening after meals.Postoperative bleeding and pain relief were observed on days3,7 and 14,and the observation forms were filled out according to the quantitative criteria of points,and the data were compiled for statistical analysis.Results:1.In terms of traumatic bleeding,comparing the traumatic bleeding between the treatment group and the control group before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.The difference was statistically significant when comparing the trauma bleeding scores between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days.The bleeding score on the 7th postoperative day was higher than that on the 3rd postoperative day in both groups,which was considered to be related to the dislodgement of the internal hemorrhoid ligatures on the 7th postoperative day,and the bleeding on the 14 th postoperative day was better than that on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days,indicating that the trauma condition was gradually improving in both groups.The combination of the trauma bleeding points on day 3 and 7 in both groups indicates that the oral purple pearl hemostasis can effectively reduce trauma bleeding during the trauma recovery process.2.In terms of postoperative trauma pain,comparing the treatment group and the control group in terms of pain before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the Purple Pearl Hemostatic Formula was effective in relieving the postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.The difference was not statistically significant when comparing the pain scores of the two groups on the 14 th day after treatment,P>0.05.In the intra-group comparison,using the rank sum test,the difference was P<0.05,which was statistically significant,and the pain condition in both groups was gradually reduced.3.Comparing the overall efficacy of the two groups on the 14 th day after treatment,the cure rate was 87% in the treatment group and 77% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant by the statistical analysis of P>0.05.The anal trauma of the two groups had recovered well on the 14 th day after surgery,and no significant difference in efficacy was found.4.Comparing the healing time of the treated and control groups,the average healing time of the treated group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant as P<0.05 by statistical analysis.5.No adverse drug reactions were found in the treatment process of Purple Pearl Hemostatic Formula,which is safer.Conclusion:Purple pearl hemostatic formula can effectively prevent postoperative wound bleeding and pain of damp-heat-infused mixed hemorrhoids and promote wound healing,and no adverse reactions occurred during the study,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion. |
