Study On The Effect Of Qingre Qushi Liangxue Decoction Combined With Chinese Medicine Fumigation And Washing On The Postoperative Curative Effect Of Damp-heat Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose:To observe the effect of Qingre Qushi Liangxue Prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type after operation.Material and method:Sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type who were treated in the income Hospital of anus ward of Shenyang Anorectal Hospital from October 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method.In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with Qingre Qushi Liangxue Prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type.In the control group,30 cases were treated with fumigation and washing of Chinese herbs after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with Damp-heat injection.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:1.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the hematochezia after operation,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.2.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving postoperative swelling,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving postoperative prolapse,P < 0.05,with statistical difference.4.The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group.Conclusion:1.Qingre Qushi Liangxue Prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing has a good therapeutic effect on improving the hematochezia,swelling and prolapse after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type.2.Qingre Qushi Liangxue Prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type.3.The total effective rate of Qingre Qushi Liangxue Prescription combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing after operation of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat injection type is better than that of traditional Chinese herbal fumigation and washing alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
