The Clinical Study Of Bushenliqi Fang And Acupuncture In Treating Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Liqi recipe combined with acupuncture on LUFS with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and to provide some clinical data and new ideas for the treatment of LUFS.Methods: from January 2022 to December 2022,patients with LUFS of kidney deficiency and liver depression were selected from the outpatient department of Department of Obstetrics and gynecology,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine and the first affiliated hospital of Zhangzhou Investment Bureau,a total of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,the follicles were monitored by transvaginal b-ultrasound from the 8th to 10 th day of menstruation to the 2nd to3 rd day of menstruation.When the diameter of the dominant follicles was ≥18mm,the follicles were monitored daily,and 8000 IU of Chorionic gonadotropin was injected intramuscularly,and guide roommates.The treatment group began to take traditional Chinese medicine from the 5th to 7th day of the menstrual cycle until ovulation or the failure of ovulation induction was confirmed.Two groups were intervened for 3 menstrual cycles.The ovulation rate,LUF cycle,pregnancy rate and TCM syndrome integral were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P > 0.05)2.The total clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(23.33%)(P < 0.05)3.Ovulation and Luf cycle rate: the ovulation rate of treatment group(59.09%)was higher than that of control group(39.32%),the LUF cycle rate of treatment group(40.91%)was lower than that of control group(60.68%),there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Four.Pregnancy rate: the pregnancy rate of the treatment group(36.67%)was higher than that of the control group(16.67%),but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p < 0.05),while the TCM syndrome integral of the control group had no significant change(P > 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome integral of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p < 0.05)Conclusion:1、the therapeutic effect of Bushen Liqi decoction combined with acupuncture on LUFS with kidney deficiency and liver depression is significantly better than that of human chorionic gonadotropin.2、Bushen Liqi decoction combined with acupuncture can increase ovulation rate and decrease the incidence of LUF cycle.3、the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,suggesting that the combination of Bushen Liqi decoction and acupuncture may increase the pregnancy rate in the treatment of LUFS with kidney deficiency and liver depression.4、Bushen Liqi Fang combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of LUFS,while intramuscular injection of HCG has no obvious effect on the improvement of TCM syndrome.
