Clinical Observation Of Deshengdan On Infertility Of Unruptured Follicle Luteinization Syndrome With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Deshengdan in the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,and to analyze its clinical ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,estradiol（E₂）,luteinizing hormone（LH）levels on HCG day,one week after ovulation（P）,TCM syndrome score and other clinical indicators,so as to explore the effect of Deshengdan on unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.Clinical efficacy of infertility patients and its mechanism were analyzed.Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,49 cases in each group.There were 4 cases of abscission during the course of treatment,and 94 patients participated in this study,including 47 cases in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine Deshengdan+human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）intramuscular injection,while the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin（HCG）.The two groups were observed for three consecutive cycles for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,serum E₂and LH levels on HCG day,one week after ovulation（P）and TCM syndromes scores after ovulation for one week were measured and analyzed statistically.Result:（1）Hormone level comparison:HCG day E₂in the treatment group increased significantly before and after treatment P₁<0.05,while that in the control group did not improve significantly before and after treatment P₂>0.05.Comparison of two groups after treatment P<0.05,Comparison of the difference between the two groups after treatment P<0.05.The treatment group was better than the control group.The level of LH on HCG day in both groups was increased,compared before and after treatment in the treatment group P₁<0.05;compared before and after treatment in the control group P₂<0.05;compared after treatment in the two groups P<0.05;Comparison of the difference between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.The P level of the two groups increased after one week of ovulation,compared before and after treatment in the treatment group P₁<0.05;before and after treatment in the control group P₂<0.05,after treatment in the two groups P<0.05,Comparison of the difference between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.（2）Comparisons of TCM syndromes integral:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased,compared before and after treatment in the treatment group P₁<0.05;before and after treatment in the control group P₂<0.05;after treatment in the two groups P<0.05,Comparison of the difference between the two groups after treatment P<0.05,the improvement of TCM syndromes integral in the treatment group was better than that in.（3）Comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the two groups was compared by Chi square test P<0.05,with statistical significance;rank sum test P<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.（4）Comparison of western medicine efficacy between the two groups:total effective rate of western medicine was P<0.05 by chi-square test,which was statistically significant.The rank sum test showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,P<0.05.（5）After treatment,the ovulation rate of the two groups was compared by Chi square test P<0.05.The ovulation rate of the treatment group was 63.08%,and that of the control group was 37.78%.The ovulation rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.（6）After treatment,the pregnancy rate of the two groups was compared by Chi square test P<0.05.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 36.17%,and that of the control group was 17.02%.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Deshengdan combined with HCG can significantly improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients with luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome（kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome）;it can increase the levels of LH,E₂on HCG day,and P hormone one week after ovulation,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The treatment process is safe and without adverse reactions.Deshengdan is effective in the treatment of infertility patients with luteinized unruptured follicles syndrome.
