| Objective:Through clinical observation,72 cases of breast cancer patients with insomnia were treated with Ningxinyishen Decoction.This kind of insomnia was caused by the use of endocrine therapy drugs,and belonged to the type of heart kidney disjunction.By observing the changes of TCM symptom scores,KPS scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores(PSQI scores)of the two groups of patients after treatment,to analyze whether the prescription is effective in improving patients’ clinical performance,improving quality of life,and improving sleep quality,and finally confirm that the prescription has clinical significance in treating insomnia of heart kidney disjunction type after endocrine treatment of breast cancer.Research methods:randomly divide the cases in line with this study into two groups(treatment group and control group)with 36 cases each.At the same time of standardized endocrine therapy,the treatment group was given Ningxinyishen decoction(150 ml each time,3 times a day),and the control group was given Wuling capsule(3 capsules each time,3 times a day)for 14 days.Evaluate the TCM syndrome scores and total scores,KPS scores,PSQI scores,and post-medication safety evaluation indexes of the treatment group and the control group before treatment,on the 7th day of treatment,and on the 14 th day of treatment.Use PSS25.0 to analyze all the above data and draw conclusions,so that we can more comprehensively and objectively understand the efficacy of Ningxinyishen Decoction.Research results:1.Various symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: the treatment group has more advantages than the control group in improving the symptoms of patients’ anxiety,insomnia,difficulty in falling asleep,dreaminess,hot flashes and night sweats,five-heart fever,dry throat and less fluid.2.Total score of TCM syndrome: after treatment,the total score of patients in both groups decreased,but the total score of patients in the treatment group decreased more,indicating that the effect of improving clinical symptoms is better.3.Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine: through analysis,the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group on the 7th and 14 th day of treatment,and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better.4.KPS score: After treatment,the treatment group can improve the quality of life of patients.5.PSQI score: Through score comparison,both groups of patients can improve their sleep,but the treatment group has better effect.6.In the whole process of this study,the patient’s general condition is good,the vital signs are stable,and there are no adverse reactions and toxic side effects.Research conclusion:after treatment,the treatment group has a better effect in relieving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,improving the quality of life,and improving sleep of patients with heart kidney disjunction after endocrine treatment of breast cancer,which confirms the efficacy of Ningxinyishen Decoction. |
