Study Effect On Nourishing Kidney And Liver To Reduce The Side Effect Of The Endocrine Therapy For Breast Cancer

Objective:To review the literature and explore the law of traditional Chinese medicine in the adr of endocrine therapy for breast cancer.Clinical observation:the efficacy and safety of modified angelica liuhuang decoction with kidney-nourishing nourishing the liver as the core in the treatment of adverse reactions in endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods:1.A review of modern literature was conducted through data mining technology,and the use of frequency analysis and clustering analysis was used to summarize the law of traditional Chinese medicine for adverse reactions in endocrine therapy of breast cancer.2.A prospective,non-randomized controlled study was conducted to collect breast cancer patients in the endocrine therapy stage admitted to the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to September 2018.On the basis of patients’ willingness and signed informed consent,103 patients were divided into groups,including 50 patients in the treatment group and 53 patients in the control group.On the basis of endocrine therapy,the treatment group was given modified angelica liuhuang decoction with the effect of kidney nourishing nourishing the liver,while the control group was only given endocrine therapy for 1 month.The clinical data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified danggui liuhuang decoction.Results:Literature review:1.Through frequency analysis and summary,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine of adverse reactions in endocrine therapy of breast cancer mainly belongs to liver and kidney meridians,and most of them belong to sweet taste.The traditional Chinese medicine with high clinical application frequency is atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,bupleurum,radix paeoniae alba,astragalus,etc.2.According to the cluster analysis,there are four categories of TCM cluster prescriptions.The second kind of combination is to nourish Yin and blood based drugs;The third type of combination is the drugs mainly used to relieve depression.The fourth type of combination is based on the liqi drugs.1.Baseline comparison:after analyzing the baseline data of the two groups,it fell into P>0.05.2.Comparison of Kupperman scores of TCM symptoms:P=0.00<0.05 in the treatment group,which was of statistical significance.The comparison of P=0.156>0.05 between the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical significance.P=0.00<0.05 after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparison of TCM symptom relief efficiency:the total effective rate of treatment group is 94%,while that of control group is 0,P=0.000<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Single symptom treatment effect,for hot flashes and night sweats,fatigue,palpitations and other symptoms of good effect,the effective rate of more than 90%;For sensory disorders,insomnia,mood,dizziness,tinnitus,bone and joint pain and other symptoms obvious effect;However,the treatment effect of urinary tract infection and sexual symptoms was not obvious.4.Comparison of KPS score:P=0.00＜0.05 before and after treatment in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant;The comparison of P=0.083>0.05 between the control group and that after treatment showed no statistical significance.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,P=0.00<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of endometrial thickness:P=0.00<0.05,less than statistically significant;The comparison of P=0.331>0.05 between the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical significance.After that,P=0.151>0.05,which showed no statistical significance.6.Comparison of other physical and chemical indicators:after the treatment,the two groups fell into P>0.05,which showed no statistical significance.After that,the comparison between the two groups showed that P>0.05.7.Comparison of safety indicators:no significant changes were observed before and after treatment.Conclusion:Side effects in endocrine therapy of breast cancer are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine,most of which belong to liver and kidney meridians,and most of them belong to gan wen.Drugs with high clinical application frequency include atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,bupleurum bupleurum,paeony alba and astragalus membranaceus.Flavorful angelica liuhuang decoction with kidney-nourishing and liver-nourishing as the core can effectively alleviate climacteric syndrome during endocrine treatment of breast cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate the symptoms of endometrial thickening to a certain extent,have little influence on other physical and chemical indicators,and have good safety.
