Efficacy Of Combining Acupuncture And Moxibustion With Zishen Tiaochong Prescription In The Treatment Of Kidney-Yin Deficiency Type Of Infertility(Ovulation Disorder)

ObjectiveIn this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of combining acupuncture and moxibustion with Zishen-Tiaochong prescription in the treatment of kidney-yin deficiency Infertility(ovulation disorder)through a randomized controlled clinical trial to explore a reliable solution for the treatment of kidney-yin deficiency Infertility(ovulation disorder)in order to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and increase the cure rate of infertility.MethodsA total of 72 patients with kidney-yin deficiency infertility(ovulation disorder)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.On the basis of taking Zishen Tiaochong decoction at the same time,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The pregnancy,ovulation and TCM syndrome scores were recorded during the treatment course.The efficacy and safety of Zishen Tiaochong recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infertility with kidney Yin deficiency(ovulation disorder)were evaluated by these indexes.Results1.In the treatment of 72 patients with kidney-yin deficiency type infertility(ovulation disorder),the total effective rate was 88.23% in the treatment group and 67.64%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The pregnancy of the two groups after treatment was compared,the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 44.1%,and that of the control group was 26.4%.The pregnancy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The ovulation of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the ovulation rates of the treatment group were 88.24% and 64.44%,respectively.Ovulation rates in control group were 61.76% and 51.02%,respectively.The ovulation rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndroms: After treatment,the total scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment schemes of the two groups were effective in relieving the symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency type infertility(ovulation disorder),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment: the symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,among which the treatment group had a more significant effect on the symptoms of lumbar and knee tenderness,five upset heat and so on.ConclusionZishen-tiochong formula combined with acupuncture has good clinical effect in treating infertility of kidney-yin deficiency type(ovulation disorder),which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of patients with kidney Yin deficiency,improve the growth rate of dominant follicles,effectively promote ovulation and improve pregnancy rate,reflecting the advantages of internal and external combined treatment,without adverse reactions,and can be promoted clinically...
