Exploring The Clinical Medication Rule Of TCM Treatment Of Pulmonary Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective: Collect and sort out the literature related to the treatment of pulmonary nodules by traditional Chinese medicine,excavate the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,use the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance to analyze the excavated prescription prescription medication rules,select data analysis,cluster analysis and other modules for a deeper summary and analysis,and obtain potential new prescriptions,which provides a new reference for the clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Taking China Journals Full-text Database(CNKI),Weipu Information Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals Database(VIP),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WANFANG),and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)as the main databases,the research literature on the treatment of pulmonary nodules by traditional Chinese medicine included in the past 30 years(from December 1992 to December 2022)was retrieved,and the included literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the included literature was read and sorted.The relevant prescription records collected and sorted out are transferred to Excel tables,and entered into the TCM inheritance assistance platform after preliminary standardization and sorting,and data mining is carried out from the aspects of medication frequency,sexual taste,association rules,cluster analysis,etc.,and relevant medication rules are obtained.Results1.Literature: A total of 69 articles were screened out through searching relevant databases,inclusion and exclusion criteria.2.Prescription drug situation: A total of 158 prescriptions were included in 69 literature,involving 264 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and the frequency of drugs appeared a total of 2669 times.3.Among them,the top ten drug use frequency are:licorice,poria,banxia,zhejiang fritillary,baiju,astragalus,tangerine peel,summer subtilis,oysters,coix kernel.3.Top 10 Chinese medicines used in frequency: licorice,poria,banxia,zhejiang fritillary,baiju,astragalus,tangerine peel,summer hay,oyster,coix seed.4.The drug is mainly based on the lungs,spleen,liver and stomach meridians.The sexual taste is cold,warm and flat;Bitter,sweet,and bitter are the mainstay.In total,18 kinds of Chinese medicine are included.5.Commonly used medicinal pairs are:(1)licorice,poria;(2)White art,poria;(3)Banxia,licorice;(4)albican,licorice;(5)Zhejiang fritillary,licorice;(6)Banxia,Poria;(7)Astragalus,licorice;(8)Licorice,coix kernel;(9)Banxia,Baishu;(10)Banxia,Zhejiang Fritillary.6.Cluster analysis shows that the new parties are:The first category: forsythia,almonds,licorice,houttuynia,golden buckwheat,yellow essence.The second category: aster,melon bark,winter flower,licorice,half-summer,Zhejiang fritillary.The third category: swirling flower,kudzu,half-branched lotus,laurel branch,white-flowered snake tongue,licorice.The fourth category: codonopsis,astragalus,almond,licorice,white art,poria.The fifth category: ginseng,dendrobium,oysters,raijiangzi,calamus,and Zhejiang fritillary.The sixth category: Earth dragon,motherwort,puhuang,peach kernel,blood exhaustion.Conclusion:1.Most of the doctors in the treatment of lung nodules for their own empirical treatment,there is no unified standard,but often choose drugs mainly to clear fever,replenish deficiency drugs,cough and phlegm,asthma drugs and blood circulation and stasis drugs.2.The drugs selected are mainly based on the lungs,spleen,liver and stomach.The sexual taste is cold,warm and flat;Bitter,sweet,and bitter are the mainstay.3.Doctors often treat lung nodules with antipyretic drugs and deficiency medicines,phlegm dispersion drugs,and blood circulation and stasis drugs.This shows that lung nodules are mainly based on positive qi deficiency,because of their long course of disease,and have the characteristics of depression and fever,and the characteristics of their lesions are mainly phlegm coagulation and blood stasis,so in the treatment of pulmonary nodules often to clear heat and dissolve phlegm,activate blood and remove stasis,and at the same time pay attention to the characteristics of its deficiency of positive qi to carry out comprehensive treatment,dialectical treatment runs throughout,and also reflects the breadth and depth of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine.
