| Objective: To excavate and sort out the essence of the academic thought and the concept of bone setting therapy of Su’s School of Bone Setting in southern Yunnan,refine and inherit the unique treatment methods of Su’s School for common upper limb fractures,inherit the academic school of bone setting of Su’s School in southern Yunnan,and better guide scientific research,teaching and clinical work.Methods: Through data query and mining,literature search and sorting,and the visit and investigation of the inheritors,the thoughts of Su’s bone setting academic schools and characteristic bone setting techniques in southern Yunnan were finally summarized and condensed,and then displayed in words.Results: The origin and inheritance of Su’s bone setting academic school in southern Yunnan were sorted out.Guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the main academic thoughts of "Shun","He" and "Gui" of Su’s bone setting academic school in southern Yunnan were summarized,as well as the core concepts of "Original Tune Creation","Blood Treatment First,Pulse Restoration First,Bone Restoration".Five kinds of Su’s characteristic bone setting techniques were summarized,and the academic thought and theoretical system of Su’s bone setting in southern Yunnan were constructed,It also confirmed that Su’s characteristic bone setting manipulation in southern Yunnan had a good therapeutic effect on common upper limb fractures.Conclusion: The Su’s bone setting academic school in southern Yunnan has a profound influence in southern Yunnan.Its academic ideas and ideas provide valuable experience for the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.Its unique and characteristic bone setting techniques have achieved good results in clinical practice,which has played a supporting and promoting role in the inheritance and development of the characteristic schools of traditional Chinese bone injuries. |
