Analysis Of Experience Of Morden Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Mental Disorder With Acupuncture And Clinical Study Of Depression

Purpose:Based on data mining technology,this paper combs and summarizes the medical case of modern famous traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for mental disorder,discusses the rule of acupoint selection and compatibility;Based on the above studies,to construct a prescription of acupuncture treatment for depression,and observe the clinical efficacy of this prescription in the treatment of depression through a randomized controlled clinical study,evaluate its effectiveness and safety,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of depression.Methods:1 Document researchCollect the Cases of morden famous traditional Chinese medicine treatment for mental disorder,screen and sort the Cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and establish a database after standardized processing,WPS Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics26.0 software were used for frequency analysis,association rule analysis and complex cluster analysis of medical records,discusses the rule of acupoint selection and compatibility of famous traditional Chinese medicine.2 Clinical researchBased on the data mining results,the prescription of acupuncture treatment for depression was constructed,a randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets(treatment group)and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets(control group),72 patient of depression were included in the study,they were randomly divided into acupun cture combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets group(treatment group)and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets group(control group).36 patients in each group,The control group was given Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets 20mg a day,once a day at breakfast,10mg a week can be added according to the change of the patient’s condition,the total amount does not exceed 50mg,a total of 4 weeks of treatment;The treatment group received Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets every day(taking the same method as the control group)on the basis of acupuncture treatment,the cupuncture treatment was performed once a day for 5 days,and a five-day a course of treatment,with an interval of 2 days for each course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Observe the general situation of the two groups of patients,in the starting and after cure,each group of patients were evaluated with Hamilton depression Scale-24 items(HAMD-24),Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and TCM symptom grading scale.At the end of the study,the results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture prescription in the treatm ent of depression.Result:1 Document research1.1 Frequency analysis:The highest frequency of the meridians used in the treatment of disorder is Governor vessel,the most commonly specific acupoints is crossing point,the higher frequency of five acupoints selected are as follows:Sanyinjiao,Baihui,Neiguan,Shenmen and Sishencong.1.2 Association analysis showed that the commonly used acupoint combinations are:Baihui-Sanyinjiao-Zusanli-Yintang,Baihui-Hegu-Taichong,Baihui-Neiguan-Sanyinjiao.1.3 Cluster analysis:7 core acupoint groups were obtained through clustering analysis on the high frequency acupoints,namely:Ganshu-Pishu-Xinshu,Danzhong-Qi men-Tiantu-Sishencong-Benshen-Shenting-Neiguan,Zhongwan-Tianshu-Fenglong,Guan yuan,Shenmen-Taixi-Yintang-Anmian,Taichong-Hegu-Fengchi-Taiyang-Zusanli,Baihui-Shui-gou-Sanyinjiao-Dazhui.2 Clinical research2.1 Baseline comparisonThere were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,TCMs yndrome type,HAMD-24,SDS,TCM symptom grading scalebefore treament between the two groups(P>0.05).2.2 Comparison of therapeutic effect(1)HAMD-24 scale score comparison:After the treatment HAMD-24 scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the SDS scale scores:After the treatment SDS scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)TCM symptom grading scale score comparison:After the treatment TCM symptom grading scale scores in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).The score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)Overall efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 67.74%in the control group,the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of depression is better than take Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets alone.In addition,the improvement of HAMD-24,SDS and TCM symptom grading scale score was superior to Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets alone.
