| Objectives:In order to analyze the relevant content in the field of breast reconstruction research after breast cancer surgery,analyze the changes of the publication in the field,the distribution,affiliation,closeness of the research team,frontier hot spots,future development trend,and summarize experience.For the promotion of the management strategy of the patients with breast reconstruction after the surgery of breast cancer,and in accordance with the international standards,it provides new inspiration for the management and intervention strategy of the relevant patients.Methods:Date sources:CNKI is used as the source of data retrieval in China,and web of science core collection is used as the retrieval website in foreign countries for data collection.Search content:Literature on breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.Use tools:CiteSpace 6.8 Advanced as the analysis and research software,By using word frequency analysis,co-citation analysis,cluster analysis and other research methods,and by analyzing its keywords,authors,institutions,countries,references,etc.,the number of documents published in this field each year,the countries and regions where the institutions are located,research hotspots and frontier progress are visually analyzed.Result:A total of 1137 documents were retrieved from CNKI database,and 816 documents were put forward after screening.From the perspective of the annual number of documents issued,the overall trend is upward.The top ten domestic journals in the field of breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery are core journals.The first place of the publishing organization is breast surgery of Fudan University Cancer Hospital,with 34 papers,and the second place is plastic surgery of Hunan Cancer Hospital,with 18 papers.Wu Jiong,the author with the largest number of published articles,published 38 relevant articles in this research field,followed by Li Zan,Lv Chunliu and Zhou Bo,each of whom published 26 articles.In this field,the two largest teams are Wu Jiong and Li Zan,Lv Chunliu and Zhou Bo.In the analysis of literature cited,Zhang Min et al.’s "Comparison of immediate latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap breast reconstruction and traditional modified radical mastectomy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer" was cited most frequently.In the is France 0.28.In terms of the issuing agencies,Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center ranks the first with 278 published articles,and University of Texas Anderson Cancer Center ranks the second with 229 published articles.In the comparison of centrality,the highest institution is the University of Michigan with a centrality of 0.09,and the second is Harvard University with a centrality of 0.07.The author with the largest number of articles was Pusic,Andrea L,138 of Harvard University,followed by Lee,Jeong Eon,113 of Samsung Medical Center in Korea.Lee,Jeong Eon of Samsung Medical Center and Mehrara and Babak of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center have the highest centrality,with 0.09 centrality.Among the total citations of the journal,the most frequently cited is " Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" with 4363 citations,followed by " Annals of Plastic Surgery" with 2904 citations.The journal with the highest centrality is Clinical Cancer Research,with a centrality of 0.06.In the analysis of total citations of documents,the most frequently cited document is A parallel shift in U.S.Bread reconstruction:increasing effective rates,with 156 citations.The second most frequently cited document is "Nationwide trends in mass for early-stage break cancer",which has been cited 126 times,and the document with the highest centrality is "Determinants of patient satisfaction in postmasterism break reconstruction",which has a centrality of 0.2.The first and second keywords in the co-occurrence analysis of keywords are break cancer and break reconstruction,with the frequency of 3525 and 2934 respectively.The frontier hotspots of research in this field are "patient reported outcome","acellular dermal matrix","oncologic safety",and "deep learning".Summary:1.The research on breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery has been concerned by relevant scholars for a long time,and with the increase of incidence rate of breast cancer and the demand for breast reconstruction,the heat in this area will continue,and has considerable research potential.2.The research on breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery focuses on developed countries such as Europe,America,Korea and Japan.The United States is at the center,followed by France,according to the centrality influence.In terms of publication volume,China ranks second in terms of publication volume,but its centrality ranking is not high.This shows that although China has developed rapidly in this field in recent years,there is still a certain gap compared to developed countries.3.Although the number of publications in China increases every year,the cooperation between domestic institutions is relatively weak and a broad research group has not yet formed.Among these teams,Professor Wu Jiong’s team from Fudan University Oncology Hospital and Lv Chunliu,Zhou Bo,and Li Zan’s team from Hunan Provincial Oncology Hospital have published the most articles.From an international perspective,the most influential institution among these institutions is the University of Michigan in the United States,followed by Harvard University.This provides a reference and learning object for the future development planning of relevant institutions in China.4.Over the years,we have achieved fruitful results in the research of breast reconstruction after
