Objective: To understand the development trends of early life health research at home and abroad, analyze the changes in the volume of publications in this field, the distribution of research forces, research hotspots and research fronts, etc.,summarize experience and put forward corresponding suggestions, aiming to promote early life health research and development in my country International integration provides a reference, and provides new inspiration for the early life as a starting point to carry out health interventions throughout the life cycle. Methods: Using the core collection of Web of Science and CNKI as the data source, searching for relevant documents in the field of early life health research at home and abroad, using Cite Space software as the research tool, and using word frequency analysis, citation analysis, cluster analysis and other research methods to analyze life Visual analysis of the annual changes in the volume of publications, the distribution of research forces, research hotspots and frontiers in the early health research field.Results:(1)A total of 27,715 related documents are exported for analysis in the core collection of Web of Science.Judging from the changes in the amount of annual publications, the amount of publications in the field of early-life health research in the world has shown a steady increase as a whole;the top 3 countries in the number of publications are the United States(9979),the United Kingdom(3977)and Australia(2402),China has 1190 articles published, ranking 9th;the top 3 research institutions with published articles are Harvard University(671 articles),University College London(619 articles)and the University of Melbourne(542 articles);the top 3 articles published The authors are DIANA KUH(82 articles),REBECCA HARDY(51 articles)and VINCENT WVJADDOE(37 articles). Most of the authors have academic cooperation relationships;the top 3 journals cited are "LANCET" and "NEW ENOL" "J MED" and "JAMA-J AM MED ASSOC";"Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-5)" published by the American Psychiatric Association is the most cited work;keyword visual analysis results show that the frequency of words The 3highest words are "quality of life"(4968 times),"health"(4258 times)and "children"(2968 times). The 3 keywords with the highest centrality are "women"(1.35)and "obesity" "(1.18)and " children "(1.04),the research hot topics are " early life health impact on quality of life "," early life risk factors of asthma "," children’s overweight and obesity "," depression Early life risk factors research” and “early life stress’ s impact on cognitive function development ”;"Early Life Adversity Research","Intestinal Microflora and Early Life Health Association Research","Sedentary Behavior Early Life Risk Factors Research" are the research frontiers in the field of early life health research in international journals.A total of 435 relevant documents were exported from the CNKI database for analysis. From the perspective of changes in the annual publication volume, the publication volume in the field of early-life health research in domestic journals shows a trend of"slow development and then fluctuating growth";Harbin Medical University School of Public Health(10 articles),Anhui Medical University School of Public Health(8articles)and Peking University School of Public Health(7 articles)are the 3 institutions with the richest scientific research results. The largest research institute team is headed by the Peking University School of Public Health;Hong Jianguo is the author with the most publications(6 articles). This is followed by Guan Yunliang(5 articles). The research team represented by Liu Min,Guan Yunliang and Wang Yajuan has the largest scale in this research field;Liu Hongling et al.published "The Effects of Bisphenol A and Tetrabromobisphenol A on Large Moina and Zebrafish "Toxicity" is the most cited document;the keyword visualization results show that the top 3 keywords that appear frequently are "early life"(100 times),"malnutrition"(23 times),and "intestinal flora"(22 times)and "children"(22 times). The 3 keywords with the highest centrality are"early life"(0.57),"insulin resistance"(0.15)and "intestinal flora"(0.12).Research hot topics It focuses on "the relationship between malnutrition in early life and chronic diseases in adulthood","the effect of maternal love deprivation on the growth and development of offspring","the study of the growth and development of infants smaller than gestational age",and "the effect of early life stress on mood and cognitive function"."Impact" and "Early Life Risk Factors of Childhood Asthma";"Famine","High Fat Diet" and "Early Life" are the research frontiers in the field of early life health research in domestic journals.Conclusion:(1)The field of early life health research has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad, and the degree of attention in this field is still rising, and this field has great research potential in the future;(2)The development focus of the field of early life health research It is still in developed countries in Europe and America, and the United Kingdom is in a leading position.China is a relatively active developing country in this research field;(3)Internationally,there is a strong research force in the field of early-life health research, and an extensive academic cooperation system has been formed. The research strength of the company is relatively weak, and the cooperation between scientific research institutions and research groups is not close enough, and there are no high-influential research institutions and leading figures;(4)Academic journals are the main source of knowledge in the field of early life health research, with high influence The academic journals and documents mainly come from other countries;(5)The depth and breadth of domestic early-life health research is still far behind the international ones, and research methods and design schemes need to be innovated;(6)Research frontiers in the field of early-life health research The evolution of it conforms to the changes in social hot spots, and is gradually micro and detailed.Recommendations:(1)Expand the platform for academic exchanges and cooperation, encourage cross-regional,cross-field,and cross-institutional academic cooperation, and improve the quality of scientific research results;(2)Strengthen the investment in scientific research resources, and focus on the integration and comparison of domestic and foreign resources.Accelerate the exchange, transformation and application of research results in the field of early life health research;(3)Broaden research perspectives, establish innovative research awareness, absorb and learn from foreign research strengths and experience, based on actual national conditions, explore early life health research with Chinese characteristics the road.
