| Objective: The data mining software is used to summarize and analyze the medication rules and characteristics of ancient and modern doctors in the treatment of thyroid nodules(galls),hoping to provide reference for clinicians to select drugs for the treatment of thyroid nodules(galls).Methods: The literature related to the treatment of galls by ancient doctors came from the data platform of the Chinese Medical Codex.The literature of modern doctors for the treatment of thyroid nodules comes from CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform Database,Weipu Database(VIP),and collates and summarizes the collected literature data,and then uses OFFICE to establish relevant databases,and applies the software of the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform system to analyze and study the main medication rules of thyroid nodules.Results:1.Statistical results of prescription drugs in ancient literature: After summary and screening,a total of 120 prescriptions for the treatment of galls tumors by ancient doctors were finally obtained,involving 181 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The top 10 high-frequency Chinese medicines are seaweed,kelp,sea clam shell,licorice,cinnamon,pineapple,angelica,banxia,kelp,tangerine peel;The top three in the analysis of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine were cold,warm and flat,among which the total frequency of cold and cold medicine was the highest;The first place in the medicinal taste is bitterness,followed by spicy,saltiness,and sweetness;According to the analysis of the meridians,the top six are liver,lung,spleen,kidney,stomach,and heart meridian;Four potential drug combinations and four neo-formula combinations were extracted.2.Statistical results of prescription drugs in the current literature: After screening and summarizing,a total of 350 prescriptions for the treatment of thyroid nodules by modern doctors were finally obtained,involving 241 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The top 10 high-frequency Chinese me... |
