Curative Effect Observation Of Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture Combined With Bazhen Decoction In The Treatment Of Tumor Related Fatigue

Objective:To investigate the difference of clinical efficacy of Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture in patients with tumor-related fatigue symptoms by randomized controlled trial.Through the use of EORTC Quality of Life measurement scale QLQ-C30(V3.0),and other four scales for different aspects of efficacy evaluation,compare the differences between the two,to provide clinical treatment ideas for tumor related fatigue in clinical treatment.Methods:This study adopted the randomized control design method.Patients with tumor-related weakness were selected as the research objects,and the patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(needle and drug combination)and the control group(traditional Chinese medicine alone).The concise fatigue scale,EORTC Quality of Life scale QLQ-C30(V3.0),Piper Self-rating Fatigue Scale and TCM symptom score were used to evaluate the curative effect.Finally,SPSS statistical software was used for analysis to observe the difference before and after treatment and its effectiveness.Results:There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the general data before treatment,in the comparison of gender,age,disease treatment and four scales,P>0.05.After treatment,the two groups were compared within the group,and the concise fatigue scale score of the treatment group before and after the test was compared,P<0.05,which had a significant difference;The score of the concise fatigue scale before and after the experiment of the control group,P>0.05,there was no significant difference.The Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QLQ-C30)before and after the treatment group showed that there were significant differences in scores of other items except emotional function.The comparison before and after the QLQ-C30 test in the control group showed that there were no significant differences in the four items of role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function,while there were significant differences in the physical function and overall function.However,the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of the score difference comparison.The score of Piper fatigue scale before and after the test was significantly different in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the Piper fatigue scale before and after the test.In the comparison before and after the TCM syndrome score test,there were significant differences in the scores of fatigue and fatigue,eating less and eating less,irritability and sleeplessness,lumbar and knee tenderness,but no significant differences in the scores of the items of cold limb.The effect of the treatment group with poor scores was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the control group before and after the TCM syndrome score test except for the symptoms of eating penosanat.Conclusion:Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture combined with Bazhen Decoction can alleviate the subjective emotional,cognitive and social symptoms of patients with tumor-related weakness,and also improve the objective TCM symptoms.The efficacy is obvious and the safety is good,suggesting that the treatment of tumor-related weakness by Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture combined with Bazhen decoction is safe and effective.It provides new ideas and reference for clinicians.
