Objective: Through collecting, sorting and analyzing the clinical relevant medical record information of patients with acute cerebral infarction,we can explore the distribution characteristics of their TCM syndrome types and the relationship between TCM syndrome types and basic data, clinical indicators and other relevant factors, with a view to providing a reference basis for the future study of quantitative and objective indicators of TCM syndrome differentiation in acute cerebral infarction and the prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Collect the general information of patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021-sex,age,onset season and occupation;TCM syndrome type;Western medicine indicators-blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),blood coagulation(PT,D-Dimer),HCY.Input the collected information into the Excel table for further analysis with the statistical software SPSS.26.0.Results:1.The distribution of tcm syndrome types from more to less is: wind phlegm blocking collateral type>wind fire disturbing type>qi deficiency and blood stasis type>phlegm stasis blocking collateral type>yin deficiency and wind movement type.2.There was a statistical difference in the gender of each TCM syndrome type(P=0.039<0.05);There was statistical difference in age(P=0.002<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the season of onset(P=0.444>0.05);There was no significant difference in occupational comparison(P=0.065>0.05).3.There was statistical difference in TC among TCM syndrome types(P=0.002<0.05);There was no statistical difference in TG(P=0.873>0.05);There was no statistical difference in HDL-C comparison(P=0.920>0.05);There was statistical difference in the comparison of LDL-C(P=0.001<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the comparison of PT(P=0.581>0.05);There was statistical difference in the comparison of D-Dimer(P=0.001<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the comparison of HCY(P=0.560>0.05).4.There is no statistical difference in the abnormal rate of TC,TG,HDL-C,PT,HCY among the TCM syndrome types; There were statistical differences in the abnormal rates of LDL-C and D-Dimer among the TCM syndrome types.Conclusion:1.The most common TCM syndrome type in patients with acute cerebral infarction is wind phlegm blocking collaterals, accounting for 48.98%.2.The distribution of TCM syndrome types in the acute stage of cerebral infarction is related to gender. The syndrome of wind and phlegm blocking collaterals is more common in men,and the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis is more common in women; The distribution of TCM syndrome types in the acute stage of cerebral infarction is related to age,and the age of yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome is higher; The acute stage of cerebral infarction has nothing to do with occupation and season.3.The distribution of TCM syndrome types in acute stage of cerebral infarction is related to TC,and the mean TC value of wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type is higher; The distribution of TCM syndrome types in acute stage of cerebral infarction is related to LDL-C,and the mean value of LDL-C in wind phlegm obstructing collaterals type is higher; The distribution of TCM syndrome types in the acute stage of cerebral infarction is related to D-Dimer,and the mean value of D-Dimer in yin deficiency and wind movement type is higher; The distribution of TCM syndrome types in acute cerebral infarction was not related to TG,HDL-C,PT and HCY.
