Clinical Observation Of Qingxin Lilin Decoction In The Treatment Of Urinary Tract Infection In Children (Bladder Damp-heat Pattern)

Objective: Through observing the clinical application of Qingxin Lilin Decoction treatment of urinary tract infection in children(bladder damp-heat pattern)and the scientific and objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of this regimen,this trial will provide a feasible and effective treatment plan for the actual clinical treatment of urinary tract infection in children.Methods: All subjects in this study were selected from the pediatric clinic of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.The subjects should meet the clinical diagnosis of urinary tract infection in children(bladder damp-heat pattern),and 63 cases were finally screened.According to the random number table method,63 cases were finally randomized into 31 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group.Among them,the treatment group gave Qingxin Lilin Decoction treatment,and the control group gave Bazheng capsule treatment.Both treatment courses were 7 days.Further follow-up for 3months after completion of treatment to compare the recurrence of urinary tract infection disease after intervention in this subject.The efficacy,safety and Chinese medicine symptom complex score,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate in the treatment of pediatric urinary tract infection(bladder damp-heat pattern)were evaluated.The data of this topic were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results: A total of 63 children were included in this study,and all children complied with the test requirements and had good compliance.They were treated in accordance with the relevant test requirements and courses of treatment.The specific test results are shown as follows:(1)Overall clinical efficacy observation: in the treatment group,23 patients achieved clinical recovery,5 had relatively significant efficacy,2 clear efficacy,1 ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.78%;in the control group,16 patients achieved clinical recovery,7relatively significant efficacy,5 clear efficacy,4 invalid,with a total effective rate of 87.5%.After statistical analysis of the trial data,there was a significant statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.01).The results showed that compared with the clinical application of the Bazheng capsule,the efficacy of Qingxin Lilin Decoction was significantly better than that of the control group.(2)Judgment of CMSCS: statistical analysis of CMSCS before and after treatment of the tested children,and the results of both groups were significantly lower after receiving TCM treatment compared with that before treatment(P <0.05).(3)Recurrence rate: after the follow-up period,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.23%,and that of the control group was 9.38%.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was lower.(4)Adverse reactions: No obvious adverse reactions were seen in both groups.Conclusion: The clinical application of Qingxin Lilin Decoction since the prescription for urinary tract infection in children(bladder damp-heat pattern)in the clinical overall curative effect,TCM syndrome integral evaluation,disease recurrence rate indicators,are better than the application of Bazheng Capsule control group,since the Qingxin Lilin Decoction treatment of urinary tract infection in children efficacy,good safety,can be applied in clinical,provide new theory for clinical treatment of the disease and medication guidance.
