Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect On Qinren Tongmi Decoction In Treating Of Infantile Constipation (Dry Heat Constipation)

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qinren Tongmi decoction in the treatment of infantile constipation(dry-heat constipation).Including the clinical main symptoms,secondary symptoms and signs of the outcome,the frequency of recurrence,and so on,the experimental study results were summarized,analyzed,summarized.To evaluate scientifically the clinical effect and superiority of Chinese medicine in treating infantile constipation(dry-heat constipation),so as to provide clinical basis and new ideas for guiding rational drug use and effective treatment of infantile constipation,at the same time to provide clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine program.Methods:A total of 60 children with dry-heat constipation were enrolled in this study.30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were treated with Qinren Tongmi decoction and lactulose for 2 weeks.And follow-up 1 month after the end of treatment.The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed before treatment,after treatment and after 1 month,and the development of the disease was closely observed.Results:1.Before treatment,all indexes of the children in the treatment group and the control group were normal,and there was no significant difference(P >0.05)and it was comparable.2.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 86.7% in the treatment group and70.0% in the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the analysis of main symptom data showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the defecate character,defecate times and defecate time.After treatment,Children with abdominal pain,dry mouth,body heat,complexion,,urine,fingerprints,tongue and pulse and other clinical symptoms and signs,After treatment,the indexes were improved obviously,and the group of taking Chinese Medicine was better than the group of taking Western medicine.After SPSS25.0 statistical software analysis,P <0.05,this treatment has statistical significance.3.One month after drug withdrawal,Two groups of children were followed up.In the treatment group,28 cases were revisited,2 cases relapsed(7.14%).In the control group,25 cases were revisited,9 cases relapsed(36.0%).The results showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of lactulose oral solution was higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion: The clinical effect of Qinren Tongmi decoction on infantile constipation(dry-heat constipation)is obviously better than that of lactulose oral solution.Qinren Tongmi decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of infantile dry-heat constipation without adverse reactions or definite side effects.It is a safe and effective prescription with low recurrence rate.
