Objective:This topic in VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score as indicators of clinical observation,observation huici combined with moxibustion for treatment of cold-wet lumbar disc herniation effect,clinical diagnosis and treatment for the disease to develop innovative ideas,in order to find a quick and effective acupuncture treatment.Methods: Seventy-two patients with cold-wet lumbar disc herniation meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of acupuncture and Tuina,the Third Clinical Hospital Affiliated to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with huici combined with moxibustion and the control group with acupuncture combined with moxibustion for 3 weeks.The changes of VAS score,JOA score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS to objectively evaluate the intra-group and inter-group differences in clinical efficacy between the observation group and the control group.Results:1.Comparison of JOA low back pain improvement rate: the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.42%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.28%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of VAS scores: the scores of the same group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.01).4.Comparison of JOA scores: the scores of the same group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the scores of the same group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:For cold-wet lumbar disc herniation,both huici combined with moxibustion and acupuncture combined with moxibustion have curative effect,but the effect of huici combined with moxibustion is more obvious in the overall curative effect,pain relief,function improvement and TCM symptoms improvement.
