Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of puncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland with liver stagnation and spittoon type, the advantages and safety of puncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland with liver stagnation and spittoon type were discussed,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods: Eighty patients with cystic hyperplasia of mammarygland(hepatic depression and spittocoagulation type)were selected in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria, and were randomly divided into the treatment group according to the random number table(b-ultrasound-guided cyst puncture + thunder and fire moxibustion).Control group(b-ultrasound-guided cyst puncture + oral Chinese patent medicine xiaojin pill),40 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparing the changes of each symptom, physical sign,TCM syndrome score and the improvement rate of total score in the two groups before and 3 months after treatment. Results: Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the patients’ breast pain, cyst size, chest distension, bitter mouth, irritability to varying degrees(P<0.05).Among them, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving breast pain, bitter mouth, upset and irritability(P<0.05).In terms of the improvement of cyst size and pleural bulges, the treatment group and the control group had the same therapeutic effect(P>0.05).In terms of improving insomnia, the treatment group had a significant effect(P<0.05),while the control group had no good effect(P>0.05).Total efficacy index: the total effective rate was 94.5% in the treatment group, including 14 cases(37.8%)cured,17 cases(45.9%)significantly effective,4 cases(10.8%)effective and 2 cases(5.4%)ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.6% in the control group, including 10 cases(28.6%)cured,12 cases(34.3%)significantly effective,9 cases(25.7%)effective,and 4 cases(11.4%)ineffective.Conclusion: B-ultrasound-guided puncture combined with thunder and fire moxibustion for the treatment of cuspid-like cystic hyperplasia of the mammary gland with hepatic depression has obvious clinical effect, safe method and simple operation, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
