Research On Intelligent Logistics System Design Of ZK Hospital

Hospital logistics is a support and guarantee system for carrying out medical activities,and the effectiveness of logistics services is related to the overall operational level of the hospital and the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.Building a ZK hospital intelligent logistics system is not only a need for hospital development,but also a measure to improve logistics support capabilities and service levels,highlighting the innovative value of logistics management.How to reduce logistics operating costs,improve service efficiency and satisfaction through intelligent measures is a puzzle for the development of ZK Hospital and an urgent problem currently faced by many medical institutions.This article first introduces the research background and significance,domestic and international research status,research content,methods,and technical roadmap,and elaborates on the innovative points of this study.Secondly,it elaborates on the relevant concepts involved,conducts a field survey on the current situation of the intelligent logistics system of ZK Hospital,summarizes the existing problems in the current intelligent logistics system of ZK Hospital through interviews,questionnaires,and other research methods,analyzes and summarizes the problems,and summarizes measures and suggestions to ensure the construction of the intelligent logistics system of ZK Hospital.Finally,it forms the conclusions and management implications of this study,and puts forward prospects.The conclusion of this article is as follows:(1)Conduct an interview survey,questionnaire survey,and case analysis on the current situation of ZK Hospital’s intelligent logistics construction,and summarize the problems of ZK Hospital’s intelligent logistics system: traditional logistics management mode,generally low quality of management personnel,and incomplete coverage of hospital logistics intelligent construction.(2)The reasons can be summarized into two types: subjective and objective reasons.The subjective reasons are the lack of attention paid by hospital senior management to the construction of intelligent logistics,the lack of awareness of intelligent management among employees,and insufficient capital investment.Objective aspects: inadequate safety management,inadequate energy management,and inadequate operation and maintenance management.(3)Summarize the guarantee measures for the construction of ZK Hospital’s intelligent logistics system:innovating logistics management models,strengthening talent team construction,full staff participation,technical support,and financial support.
