The logistics management is necessary and important for all the tasks of the hospital.The traditional logistics management mode can not meet the development of modern hospitals.The socialization reform of logistics management is an inevitable trend.However,there are still many problems in the process.This research focused on the problems of socialization reform of logistics management,especially outsourcing services,in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital.According to the definition of core concepts,including resource optimization allocation theory and principalagent theory,we used literature analysis method to collect relevant articles and analyze the exsiting problems.We used questionnaire to study satisfaction of patients and medical staff on the social reform of hospital logistics management in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital.Finally,we conducted face-to-face interviews with patients,medical staff,and management personnel.Based on the questionnaire survey,we further explored the opinions of different groups on the socialization reform of logistics management in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital.This research found that there were six problems in the socialization reform of logistics management in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital: 1.big disparity between socialization reform of logistics management and patients/clinical staff needs;2.lack of standardized rules and supervision models;3.lack of substantive service evaluation system;4.price issues;5.contract specification issues;6.lack of logistics management talent.For resolving the above problems,combining with the actual situation of Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed to explore a road suitable for the socialization reform of logistics management in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital.The main conclusions of this paper were as follows:First,a standardized supervision system should be established during the process of socialization reform of hospital logistics management.Second,improving the efficiency of logistics service according to resource optimization allocation theory is needed.Third,full cost accounting and multidimensional argumentation mode should be carried out to master the bargaining power and pricing power.Fourth,we should strengthen the talent construction of logistics management team.
