As a non-medical part of Chinese public medical and health service reform,the operation mode reform of public hospital logistics management system plays an important role.However,the backward operation mode of logistics management system of public hospitals in China has seriously hindered the smooth reform of public health undertakings.This paper,taking shandong provincial hospital logistics management system operation mode as an example,based on the related theories of public management,using a series of research methods,analysis and research at present domestic public hospitals at many problems of the logistics system operation mode and its causes,this paper expounds the necessity of public hospital logistics system operation mode transformation,and through the public hospital logistics system using model transformation at home and abroad for reference,the successful experience and methods,establish the public hospital logistics management system operation mode transformation goal,This paper puts forward the methods and countermeasures for the transformation from the traditional single and closed extensive mode to the modern hospital logistics system operation mode with information refinement.This paper finds the necessity of the operation mode transformation of logistics system in public hospitals:(1)adapt to the necessities of modern management;(2)the necessity to save the cost of logistics system;(3)the necessity to strengthen the supervision of the public health service industry.The problems existing in the operation mode of the logistics system of traditional public hospitals are as follows:(1)the modernized management requirements of public hospitals are not suitable;(2)low efficiency of traditional mode;(3)poor supervision and lack of standardized,institutionalized and standardized management;(4)high logistics management cost;(5)the socialization process of logistics service is slow.The above problems are caused by hardware,policies and individuals,etc.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions:(1)establish and improve the logistics system and implement standardized management;(2)to strengthen the construction of high-tech equipment and talents in the logistics system of public hospitals;(3)scientific accounting of logistics management cost of public hospitals;(4)effectively realize the socialization of logistics services;(5)establish an effective incentive system for employees inthe logistics system. |
