Study On Supply Optimization Of Health Education In Maternal And Child Health Institutions In Shanghai

Maternal and child health is the foundation of national health,and the supply of health education during pregnancy and childbirth is an important means to realize the safety of mother and baby and improve the quality of the newborn population.Good health education supply is the basis for ensuring the safety of mother and baby and improving the quality of the newborn population.However,the current health literacy situation of pregnant women in China is not ideal,and the health literacy level of pregnant women needs to be improved urgently.Health education is one of the basic functions of maternal and child health care institutions,in the state and the government advocates "healthy China" construction background,combined with the transformation of government functions,the urgent requirements of a new round of public hospital reform,maternal and child health care as a special form of maternal and child health care institutions,how to build up to "people-centered" multi-sectoral collaboration bridge,optimize pregnancy health education supply is an important challenge.Based on the actual situation of the maternal and child Health care Institute,using the method of questionnaire survey and deep interview in Shanghai,this paper conducts the systematic analysis and research on the optimization of the health education supply of the maternal and child health care institutions in Shanghai.Using integrity governance theory,further explore the current process and effect of the maternal health education,try to clarify the current maternal health education supply service problems,explore the deep causes of the problem,based on holistic governance theory analysis framework,using questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,summarizes the current practical experience,analyze the operation of different situations of health education means and education results between logic,explore the systematic optimization of health education supply.The study found that the practice of maternal health education in Shanghai Jing’an District Maternal and Child Institute has achieved some results,including overcoming the lack of personnel and no direct clinical health care services,and building a service brand of "good pregnancy and good childbearing 1000 days" by diversified means.However,there are still many deficiencies in terms of personnel,content,form,resources and other aspects.The current supply of health education during pregnancy and childbirth is limited to the medical system,and there are problems such as incomplete coverage of supply services,deviation from the focus of supply,and rigid supply mode.The deep reasons mainly involve the absence of diversified service functional departments,the imbalance of the "whole process" supply construction,the emphasis on clinical treatment over the solidification of health care concept,and the lack of "integrity" service concept.According to the analysis results,this study proposes four optimization countermeasures,first,establish the diversified supply functional departments,coordinate the relevant service subjects to form the supply force;second,build the basic content knowledge base,solve the supply mode fragmentation;third,establish the core concept of "people-oriented",supply conforms to the personalized demand;fourth,focus on the first contact point experience,enrich the talent training means,and improve the overall supply concept.By improving the comprehensive quality of practitioners,to build "the whole process" coverage of humanistic care atmosphere,build district maternal and child health institutions level maternity health education supply from supply chain access,supply mode,supply content,supply object demand level optimization strategy,provide comprehensive guarantee for maternity health education,for maternal and child health management and service work to provide certain reference and reference.
