Study On Application Of Powder Formulation In "Synopsis Of The The Golden Chamber"

Research objective:Through the method of literature research,this paper aims to restore the details of the application of powder in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",and to explore the characteristic advantages and application rules of powder formulations in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber",to analyzes Zhang Zhongjing’s thinking of using powder formulations and to provide theoretical basis for modern clinical application of powder formulation.Research method:This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research: 1.Through searching the "Chinese Medical Dictionary " comb the ancient doctors of the use of powder formulation theory.2.By comparing the formulations in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" in the two editions by Wu Qian and Deng Zhen,the controversial formulations in the two editions are discussed.The final formulations were summarized by preparation method,dosage,delivery method and solvent and excipients.3.The theory,experience and medical records of the application of the powder formulation of the "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" were collected by searching the databases of the Chinese Medical Dictionary",CNKI,etc.,and the characteristics and rules of the application of the powder formulation of the "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" were summarized and analyzed according to the literature.4.The development and application of powder were discussed in combination with modern pharmaceutical technologyResearch Results:1.After combing and finding that the ancient doctor application of powder theory mainly has the following six points: first,according to the use of drug properties,such as small poison should be powder;Two,according to the treatment method,such as dispelling dampness and wind need to use powder;Three,according to the location of the external use.The rest of the controversial decoction formulas named after soups are not included in this study.3.The preparation methods of powder in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" mainly include details in the preparation process and delivery method,which provide abundant data for the study of the theory of powder formulation.Powder formulation has its dosage form advantage for specific
