Objective: By using different massage techniques to massage the Five Meridian Points(single massage, combined massage, and compound massage to adjust the Five Meridian Points),observe the antipyretic effect and improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of different massage techniques on the children with exogenous fever, determine the clinical efficacy of the Five Meridian Points, and select more effective massage techniques for the five meridian points.Method: Taking the children with exogenous fever as the research object, according to the order of treatment, children who meet the criteria of this trial are randomly divided into single pushing acupoints of five meridians group, combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group, and the compound manipulation five meridian point group, with 30 cases in each group.Operation method of single pushing acupoints of five meridians group: basic massage operation method plus 500 times of clearing lung meridian, clearing liver meridian, clearing heart meridian, tonifying spleen meridian and tonifying kidney meridian respectively.Operation method of combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group:basic massage operation method plus combined pushing acupoints of five meridians for 100 times. The operation method of the acupoints of five meridians group with compound manipulation: the basic massage operation method plus the acupoints of five meridians with compound manipulation for 50 times. The treatment course of the three groups is three days.Record the whole process of the child’s body temperature and total score of TCM symptoms, use intra-group comparison to analyze the data of children’s temperature and TCM syndrome score before and after cure, and compare the difference of body temperature change and total score of TCM symptoms after treatment between the groups.Result:1.Basic situation analysis of three groups: pass the chi-square test handle, the P values of the gender and age of the three groups of children were 0.429 and 0.823,respectively,which were greater than 0.05.It shows the basic conditions of the three groups of children can be compared with each other.2.Analysis of the total score of body temperature and TCM symptoms of the three groups of children before treatment: the total score of body temperature and TCM symptoms of the three groups of children before treatment were 0.996 and 0.743,respectively,which were greater than 0.05.It shows that the two aspects of clinical conditions of children are comparable.3.Comparison of body temperature and total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in three groups:(1)Body temperature: intra-group comparison: the P value of the three groups of children before and after treatment on the first day, before and after treatment on the second day, before and after treatment on the third day,Pre treatment and post total treatment were all less than 0.001,suggesting that the three groups of massage can effectively reduce body temperature.Inter-groupcomparison: after total treatment, the temperature of the three groups was compared, and P<0.05,indicating a difference in the magnitude of body temperature decrease among the three groups.Further pairwise analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the single push of acupoints of five meridians group and the combined push of acupoints of five meridians group,P>0.05;Compared with the group of acupoints of five meridians by compound manipulation, the group of acupoints of five meridians by single pushing and the group of acupoints of five meridians by combined pushing, the P values were all less than 0.05,Combined with the specific values of body temperature in the three groups,it is suggested that in terms of the range of body temperature decline, the group of compound manipulation of acupoints of five meridians is superior to the other two groups.(2)Total score of TCM symptoms: intra-group comparison: compared with the three groups of children before Pre treatment and post total treatment, the P value is less than 0.001,suggesting that the three groups of massage techniques can effectively improve TCM symptoms.Inter-group comparison: After three times of treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the three groups was compared among the groups,P<0.05,indicating that there were differences in improving TCM symptoms in the three groups.Further pairwise analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the single pushing acupoints of five meridians group and the combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group(P>0.05),compared with the single push five meridian acupoint group and the combined push five meridian acupoint group, the P values of the compound technique adjustment five meridian acupoint group were all less than 0.05,Combined with the integral value of the three groups of TCM symptoms,it was suggested that the five meridian point group of the compound manipulation was better than the other two groups in improving TCM symptoms.(3)Difference: The differences in body temperature and total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the three groups of children before and after treatment were compared, with P<0.05.There were statistical differences among the three groups of data.Further pairwise analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the single pushing acupoints of five meridians group and the combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group(P>0.05);Compared with the single pushing acupoints of five meridians group and the combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group, the p value of both groups is less than 0.05,which is statistically meaning. It suggested that the compound manipulation acupoints of five meridians group was superior to the other two groups in terms of the range of temperature drop and the improvement of TCM symptoms.4.Comparison of clinical effects after total treatment among three groups of pediatric patients:the total effective rates of the single pushing acupoints of five meridians group, the combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group, and the compound manual adjusting acupoints of five meridians group are 83.300%,80.000%,and 86.700%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,P<0.05,indicating that there was a difference in the efficacy of the three groups of manipulation in treating pediatric fever.Further comparison between two groups, the comparison between the group of single pushing acupoints of five meridians and the group of combined pushing acupoints of five meridians,P>0.05,There was no difference in the efficacy of treating fever; The comparison of P value between the group of compound manipulation ofacupoints of five meridians and the group of single pushing acupoints of five meridians and the group of combined pushing acupoints of five meridians is less than 0.05,suggesting that the clinical effect of the group of compound manipulation of acupoints of five meridians is better than the two groups of single pushing acupoints of five meridians and combined pushing acupoints of five meridians. Conclusion:Single pushing acupoints of five meridians group, combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group, and compound manipulation of acupoints of five meridians group can effectively reduce the body temperature of children and improve the clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. The compound manipulation of acupoints of five meridians group has the best clinical effect. There is no significant difference between single pushing acupoints of five meridians group and combined pushing acupoints of five meridians group.
