Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction Combined With Tamsulosin Sustained Release Capsules In Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Complicated With Chronic Prostatitis

Objective : To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with chronic prostatitis.Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules was used as the main clinical treatment plan.Combined with TCM syndrome differentiation,the clinical effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules alone was compared.Methods :(1)A randomized controlled trial was used in this study.From January 2021 to June 2023,60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis were collected from the Department of Urology,Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.TCM syndrome differentiation was damp-heat accumulation syndrome,and the final observation object was determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria.(2)Patients who met the diagnosis were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was group A and the observation group was group B.Group A was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,and group B was treated with Yishen Qingzhuo decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules.Group A : oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,once a day,0.2 mg each time,orally taken before bedtime.7 days for a course of treatment,4 courses of treatment.Group B : The traditional Chinese medicine prescription is the experimental prescription of the Journal of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction : Yizhiren 9g,Shanyao 30 g Danshen 9g Qianshi 15 g Lianzi 15 g Bixie 12 g Chaohuangbai 9g Chaohuanglian 9g Fuling 15 g Cheqianzi 15 g Fabanxia 9g Sharen 10 g Shichangpu 10 g Gancao 6g.If there is dysuria plus dandelion 15 g,phellodendron,Patrinia 10g;stool impassability increased yellow 10g;lower abdominal pain plus Yuanhu 10 g.Usage : one bag at a time,2 times a day.(The Chinese medicine taken by the patient was decocted in our hospital,600 ml per day,divided into two bags,300 ml per bag);combined with oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,0.2 mg each time,once a day,orally taken before bedtime.7 days for a course of treatment,4 courses of treatment.The age and course of disease of the patients before treatment,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL),residual urine volume(RUV),prostate volume(PV),mean urinary flow rate and maximum urinary flow rate were collected.SPSS26.0 software was used for data analysis.Results : 1.According to the statistical analysis of the data,it was found that there was no statistical significance between the two groups in age,course of disease,TCM symptom score,international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL),residual urine volume(RUV),prostate volume(PV),average urinary flow rate and maximum urinary flow rate.2.After clinical treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups were improved,the scores of TCM symptoms were decreased,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL)were also improved,the average urinary flow rate and maximum urinary flow rate were higher than those before treatment,B-ultrasound showed that the residual urine volume(RUV)was significantly reduced,but the prostate volume(PV)did not change significantly,which indicated that Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules could significantly change the clinical symptoms of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis.3.In the process of applying Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules,the patients did not have serious adverse reactions and aggravated symptoms,indicating the safety of Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules.Conclusion : The clinical efficacy of Yishen Qingzhuo Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with chronic prostatitis(damp-heat accumulation syndrome)is better than that of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules alone.
