| Objective: To study the effects of budesonide aerosol inhalation on pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy in children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP)through clinical case analysis,so as to guide clinical application.Methods:From June 2021 to December 2021,120 children with MPP who were treated in Qingdao West Coast New District People’s Hospital(referred to as our hospital)were observed and studied.According to the random number table method,120 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.All the children included in the observation were screened strictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,including 34 boys and 26 girls in the observation group.The age ranged from 5 to 12 years with an average age of(8.5±1.8)years.The course of the disease was between 2 and 7 days,with an average course of(4.2±0.4)days.There were 32 boys and 28 girls in the control group.The age ranged from 4 to 11 years with an average age of(7.4±1.8)years.The course of disease was between 3 and 6days,with an average of(4.0±0.5)days.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.The control group was given azithromycin sequential therapy and basic treatments such as antipyretic,antitussive,expectorant,oxygen inhalation and bronchiectasis,while the observation group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 14 days.The lung functions of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,including the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1/FVC),the percentage of residual volume in the expected value(RV%-PRED)and forced expiratory volume of 25(PEF25).The changes of the levels of inflammatory factors prealbumin(PA),D-dimer(D-D)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the changes of the comparative level of clinical efficacy.Through statistical methods,the research conclusion is drawn by analyzing the data.Results:1.The changes of pulmonary function in the two groups were observed after treatment.The levels of FEV1/FVC and PEF25 were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the degree of increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of RV%-pred was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the levels of D-D and TNF-α were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the degree of reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of PA was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the degree of increase in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Compared with the clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion: Budesonide aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the lung function of MPP,inhibitinflammatory reaction and improve clinical efficacy. |
