| Objective:On the basis of the previous research,this study consulted the relevant information of foreign nurses’ drug prescription rights,combined with the relevant drugs in gynecology and obstetrics in China’s Clinical Drug Handbook,and discussed the contents and forms of gynecology and obstetrics drug prescriptions that can be issued by the gynecology and obstetrics nurses in Class III and Class A hospitals according to China’s national conditions,so as to provide reference for the implementation of the nurse’s drug prescription rights in the future.Object:Clinical medical experts and nursing experts in obstetrics and gynaecology work in the third class A hospitals at home and abroad.The premise of expert selection is to agree to give nurses the prescription right in principle.The inclusion criteria of experts are:(1)deputy senior and above titles;(2)Work in the corresponding clinical department for 10 years or more;(3)Bachelor degree or above.The first three standards meet two requirements.Methods:1.Literature research method: search the Chinese and foreign language databases,browse the official websites at home and abroad,consult the relevant information of foreign nurses’ rights and the contents of obstetrics and gynecology drugs in the list of nurses’ drug prescriptions,and formulate the expert consultation questionnaire.2.Half structured interview method: Based on the preliminary design of the consultation questionnaire,an interview outline was developed to conduct half structured interviews with obstetrics and gynecology medical experts and nursing experts from tertiary first-class hospitals.The inclusion criteria for experts were:(1)deputy senior and above professional titles;(2)Having worked in the corresponding clinical department for 10 years or more;(3)Bachelor’s degree or above.The first three standards meet two criteria.And analyze the interview results,revise the preliminary expert consultation questionnaire,and form an expert consultation questionnaire.3.Delphi method method: invite clinical medical experts and nursing experts working in gynecology and obstetrics in the top three hospitals inside and outside the province to carry out two rounds of expert consultation on the content of drug prescription rights in gynecology and obstetrics,conduct statistical analysis on the consultation results,and obtain the research results of this topic.The inclusion criteria for experts are:(1)Vice senior or above professional titles;(2)Having worked in the corresponding clinical department for 10 years or more;(3)Bachelor’s degree or above.The first three standards meet two criteria.Among them,the first round of expert consultation included 7 traditional Chinese medicine treatment experts,13 nursing experts,and the second round of expert consultation included 6 traditional Chinese medicine treatment experts and 11 nursing experts.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation in this study were 75.0% and 88.0%,respectively.Result:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires on the right to prescription of drugs for nurses in gynecology and obstetrics were 45.45% and 50% respectively,and the authority coefficients were 0.77 and 0.85 respectively.Finally,the experts suggested that the gynaecological and obstetric drugs that the gynaecological and obstetric nurses could prescribe were 9 drugs in 2 categories.Family planning drugs include levonorgestrel;Intravaginal drugs include nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets,miconazole nitrate suppository,clotrimazole nitrate,econonazole nitrate suppository,metronidazole(vaginal suppository),tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets,and diresulin.Among them,levonorgestrel tends to have an agreement/extended prescription,nystatin effervescent vaginal tablets,miconazole nitrate suppositories,clotrimazole nitrate,econazole nitrate suppositories,ofloxacin vaginal effervescent tablets,and diresulin tend to have an independent/agreement prescription,and metronidazole(vaginal suppositories)and tinidazole vaginal effervescent tablets tend to have an independent prescription.Conclusion:It is suggested that gynecological and obstetric nurses can prescribe 9 drugs in 2categories,1 drug prescription form tends to be agreement/extended prescription,6drug prescription forms tend to be independent/agreement prescription,and 2 drug prescription forms tend to be independent prescription. |
