Impact Of Medical Insurance On Residence Willingness Of Migrant Workers

With the development of the society and economy,the the process of urbanization should be accelerated,more and more migrant workers from the countryside to the city work for development,It is a normal phenomenon that a large number of migrant workers gather in cities.medical insurance plays a role in guaranteeing migrant workers to work in cities,medical insurance can solve the problem of migrant workers’ difficulty in seeing a doctor.On this basis,to study the influencing factors of medical insurance on residence intention of migrant workers,It can promote the citizenization of migrant workers at an early date,we will promote the development of a new type of urbanization,build a harmonious socialist society.This dissertationadopts the data of dynamic monitoring survey of floating population in 2017,the influence of medical insurance on residence intention of migrant workers was analyzed by binary logistics regression.It is found that medical insurance has a positive promoting effect on migrant workers’ residence intention,According to age,migrant workers are divided into the new generation and the old generation of migrant workers,regression analysis was conducted on them respectively,the results showed that the older generation of migrant workers were higher than the new generation of migrant workers in terms of residence intention and participation in medical insurance,Finally,the regression analysis of 5 kinds of medical insurance was carried out,the results showed that the new rural cooperative medical insurance inhibited the residence intention of migrant workers,cooperative medical insurance for urban and rural residents is not significant,the other three kinds of medical insurance actively promote the residence intention of migrant workers.This dissertation holds that medical insurance plays a positive role in promoting the residence intention of migrant workers,Therefore,this dissertation takes medical insurance as the perspective.To enhance the citizenization of migrant workers,increase the intention to live in the city,make practical suggestions,It is conducive to promoting migrant workers to settle down in cities,Promote urbanization,will eventually build a harmonious socialist society.
