Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Myofascial Pain Syndrome Of Qi And Blood Stagnation With Golden Hook Fishing Acupuncture Stimulation Of Trigger Points

Objective:It is intended to compare the clinical efficacy of golden hook fishing acupuncture method and lifting,thrusting and purging method in the treatment of patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome of qi and blood stagnation mainly by acupuncture stimulation of trigger points,and to explore the optimization and reasonable clinical treatment of lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).Method:Eighty patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type)who met the conditions of this clinical study were selected as the research objects,and related clinical studies were conducted on them.According to the order of patients’ treatment,cards numbered 1-80 were randomly selected,and the odd numbers were assigned to the treatment group(golden hook fishing acupuncture method),and the even numbers were assigned to the control group(lifting,inserting and purging method),with 40 patients in each group.The main points of the two groups were selected in the same way,the main points were selected as waist Tr P,and the matching points were selected as bilateral Shenshu,bilateral Wezhong,bilateral diaphragshu and bilateral blood sea.The techniques of the treatment group and the control group were carried out on the main points,and the matching points were Pingbu Pingxie acupuncture method,the treatment was once a day,five times a course,take two days off between each course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(McGill),Rolan-Morris Dysfunction Questionnaire(RMDQ)and TCM symptom Scale(TCMSSS)were observed and recorded in the two groups before treatment and after 3 courses of treatment.Pain degree,symptoms and signs of patients were evaluated,and statistical analysis was performed to compare the effects of the two acupuncture methods.Results:1.There were 2 cases of shedding in both groups,and 38 cases completed the experiment.After statistical analysis of baseline data,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P> 0.05),indicating comparability.2.Efficacy observation indicators: McGill score,RMDQ score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the results were as follows:(1)McGill Score:Intra-group comparison between the two groups showed different degrees of decrease in scores after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that acupuncture in both groups could improve the symptoms of lumbago in patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(Qi and blood stagnation type),but the improvement degree of golden hook fishing acupuncture was more obvious.The effect is better.(2)RMDQ score: before and after treatment,the score of the two groups in each group was decreased(P< 0.05),the difference between the two groups was significant,indicating that both treatments could improve the lumbar dysfunction in patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).Comparison of scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)showed statistical significance,indicating that golden hook fishing acupuncture method was superior to lifting and purging method in improving lumbar dysfunction in patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).(3)TCM Syndrome Score(TCMSSS):Before and after treatment,the scores of the two groups were decreased to different degrees(P<0.05),and the comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of reducing the TCMSSS scores of the patients,both acupuncture methods were applicable,and the golden hook fishing acupuncture group was more effective than the lifting and thrusting and diarrhea group in improving the TCM symptoms of patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: At the end of the 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the golden hook fishing acupuncture group and the lifting and thrusting and purgation group was 94.73% and 86.84%,respectively.The comparison of efficacy between the two groups showed statistical significance,P< 0.05,indicating that both golden hook fishing acupuncture method and lifting and thrusting and purgation method had a certain improvement effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).But the golden hook fishing acupuncture group is the best.Conclusion:1.Golden hook fishing acupuncture method and lifting and thrusting and diarrhea method mainly treat lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type)with acupuncture stimulation of trigger points can improve the symptoms of lumbago,waist functional activities and TCM symptoms of patients.2.Compared with the lifting and thrusting and purging method,the golden hook fishing acupuncture method has better efficacy in the treatment of lumbar muscle fascia pain syndrome(qi and blood stagnation type).
