| Objective: Observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of post stroke motor aphasia mainly treated by "Golden hook fishing method" acupuncture speech area one,analyze the effect of acupuncture of post stroke motor aphasia by "Golden hook fishing method" acupuncture speech area one,so as to provide a basis for the clinical promotion and innovation of acupuncture treatment of motor aphasia after stroke is the main purpose of this research project.Methods:80 patients were included according to the inclusion criteria,sorted by time of visit and numbered as 1-80,the numbers were entered into the statistical software,and a total of 80 random numbers were generated in two groups,0 and 1,named as control group and treatment group,with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with basic treatment,including conventional internal medicine treatment,speech rehabilitation training and other treatments,and the control group selected body points as the main acupoints for conventional acupuncture treatment with reference to "Acupuncture Therapeutics" in basic treatment.The treatment group added speech zone 1 and Baihui point on the basis of the control group,and applied the "golden hook fishing method" to speech area 1.Treatment for 1 course of 4 weeks,6 times/w,1 time/d.The Aphasia battery of chines(ABC),the motion threshold(MT)of r TMS,the Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE),and the Chinese functional communication profile(CFCP)and TCM syndrome score changes were compared and analyzed before and after treatment,and statistical analysis.Results:1.Aphasia battery of chines(ABC): the oral fluency,listening comprehension and repetition of the two groups after the end of treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the control group was compared with the treatment group,and the language ability of the latter improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05).2.Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE): After completion of treatment,the BDAE grade before the same treatment in both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);thetreatment group increased the BDAE grade compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Chinese functional communication profile(CFCP): After treatment,the daily language communication ability of both groups was better than before treatment,and the degree of speech function impairment was reduced(P<0.05).1 After the end of the course of treatment,patients in the treatment group improved significantly and statistically significantly(P<0.05).4.Motion threshold(MT)of r TMS: After the completion of treatment,the MT of the control group and the treatment group was lower than before,and the nerve conduction was restored to a certain extent(P<0.05);Between the groups,the results showed that the recovery of nerve conduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome score: The results of intra-group comparison showed that the scores of Qi stasis syndrome in the two groups after treatment decreased with statistical differences(P<0.05);After the completion of treatment,the score in the treatment group decreased more significantly than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The "Golden Hook Fishing Method" can improve the oral fluency,comprehension,repetition,and other abilities of motor aphasia patients after stroke,improve patientsdaily communication ability,reduce the degree of impairment of speech function,promote nerve remodeling,and improve the TCM symptoms of Qi stasis and blood stasis.2.The acupuncture speech area of the "Golden Hook Fishing Method" can directly reach the lesion,significantly improve the speech fluency,and repetition ability of motor aphasia patients after stroke,promote nerve conduction recovery,and improve their quality of life,and the effect is more significant than that of the control group. |
